Thank you very much for your honest review! We sincerely apologize for the fact your order was delayed by 5 days! As we explained to you earlier we experienced a severe setback due to the fact that our primary delivery courier, Royal Mail had been on strike for several days.
As you remember, we shipped a replacement glue as soon as we became aware your order was hit by Royal Mail strikes. We also offered you to issue a full refund and provide a further discount on your next order just to apologize for this inconvenience caused, however we received no further communication from your side.
Nevertheless, please do not hesitate to contact us again if you would still like to get your discount as we have now taken several further steps to arrange a replacement couriers if the same situation with the strikes happen again.
