Excellent service from "Quality Diamonds". From initial contact with 'Paul Sitton' to receipt of goods, truly professional and courteous dialogue. When the diamond arrived, the packaging etc was top-notch. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking to purchase either jewellery or individual diamond/s.

Daniel and Paul were fantastic at helping me find and purchase the perfect engagement ring for my partner prior to our trip to Italy! They were extremely detailed and helpful in my search and went through a range of options. They found a gorgeous lab grown diamond within my budget and my partners style. The diamond I selected ended up being unavailable, and I was promptly emailed and they sourced me a new, higher quality diamond whilst honouring the original price.

Such a lovely experience.I visited the Hatton Garden shop and Paul took me through on a crash course on what to look for in diamonds. He also helped me decide and select what diamond and ring would be best suited by asking questions about my partner resulting in a ring that my now fiancée fell in love with. He managed to get this all done within 10 days. I felt really comfortable and at ease, a perfect experience and great value, I’m going back for the wedding rings. 👍

I purchased my partners engagement ring from Quality Diamonds and we returned to purchase our wedding bands. Paul gave us fantastic levels of service, especially helping me with my choice of ring by providing custom samples in large sizes! The rings were produced in a timely manner after ordering and are of great quality, we are both very pleased with them. We had a few appointments in the MK office with Paul which was a great environment to make this purchase.

Daniel was absolutely incredible. He took the time to explain the four C’s and there was no hard sell or pressure. There was no up sell and if anything he recommended a better fit for my fiance. The whole experience from start to end was fantastic and we love the ring.

Brilliant company, service and customer communication was great. Ordered a wedding ring, great quality and arrived within 2 weeks. Arrived a little too big, sent back, resized and returned in under a week! Emails were promptly replied.

My fiancé and I were looking for a small business far away from the high-street or big companies since we are very committed to support independent and family business, he found Quality Diamonds and he contacted them.
From minute one they were extremely helpful and understanding with all our queries and our views for my engagement ring.
In our first visit Daniel explained all the technicalities and specifications that we should be looking to for diamond shopping so simple but yet so in detail that at the end of it we were mini experts!
After that he proceeded to show us a selection of extraordinarily stunning diamonds he had carefully prepared for us to see all within out budget.
Daniel spent almost 2 hours with us when we were only booked for 1 hour and and he made us feel so comfortable and in control of the visit.
We went home to think about all the possibilities as Daniel suggested but because his extraordinary ability to communicate, to explain and make us understand the decision process and never pushing us to decide before reaching home we had booked another appointment the following week to choose a diamond.
The next appointment was even better!
Daniel showed us again his extraordinary diamond knowledge and gave us the hard task of choosing only 1 diamond out of his beautiful selection.
After a couple of weeks we got our ring and it is beautiful!
