From the pre purchase questions (to make sure i was buying the correct item) to the follow up help that was required after installation, I cannot fault. Rick was so helpful in answering questions and providing solutions when the stereo installer ran into trouble. And even before we knew what the issue was, Rick was already promising to get to the bottom of the problem even if it wasn't a head unit issue.

The unit far exceeded my expectations and not only looks incredible but works beautifully. Despite needing to trouble shoot a few things (no fault of Ricks/the companies, but was the fault of those who tried to install it before me) it was actually pretty easy for even someone inexperienced to install!

Rick was such an incredible help when it came to helping this rookie installer fix the mistakes made by others who tried before I did. He was always so kind, polite and patient and was always happy to help and answer any questions I had, no matter what. He even seemed just as excited as I was when I finally got it working!

Headunit will not turn off when ignition off acc wire is turning off when key is turned off existing camera will display lines and then show no signal

One of, if not the best head unit I’ve ever owned. I’ve bought and sold cars my entire life. I found these guys in Dec 2022, I bought one. Sold it with the car. The customer loved it. In fact it was the selling point for the car. I’ve now bought 13 units and sold them with the cars. Rick is amazing to deal with. I am very grateful for the relationship we have built in our business. I highly recommend this place.

They are incompetent on all levels. Their communication skills are poor, and they will blame their mistakes on you as the customer. STAY AWAY.
