We used David’s services about 2 months ago, as first time buyers we didn’t really know what we were looking for so wanted some assistance. We were in communication for a few months before we were due to move in and David was great at answering any questions we had, and was really flexible when our completion date got brought forward.

The report David produced was in depth and easy for contractors coming to the house to follow and find where they needed to be.

Would definitely recommend David to anyone in the process of buying a new build.

Excellent communication, very helpful and would certainly recommend. Snag report was very efficient and David was more than happy to answer any of my questions. He was also very accommodating with our dates. We also had a follow up query which he was more than happy to help. We have found the snag report extremely helpful when dealing with the builder.

David was brilliant from first contact to sending the report through. I found him through a social media recommendation and he responded to my email even when on holiday! He found us a booking in a very busy time and was so friendly and efficient throughout. He arrived when he said he would and was thorough and respectful going round the inside and outside of the house. When he found a few complicated issues he showed me and explained them fully, really helping me understand how they needed to be fixed by the builder. The report was extensive and clear. All in all David and his service was worth every penny and are recommending him to all our friends!

David came out to our new house in the first week in April, just a couple of days after we had completed. He was punctual, efficient and an all round lovely man. He identified a number of issues that we would never have noticed, that meticulous was his work. He also reassured us that we have a solid, well built house with no major/significant issues which was somewhat a relief, when considering our purchase price. The report received that very detailed and we have been able to use this to ensure rectification works are completed promptly.

I chose David for my new house inspection and a lot of others did in our site. David made everything go very smoothly knowing how much stress it is to buy a new property. He was so kind and promptly replied to all of my questions, queries and worries related to the property before he even did an inspection. David also sent an inspection report same day after he visited the house, so all snags could be reported and dealt asap. He noticed way more issues with the property than we ever could. I was surprised how easy it was to communicate with David!

I have a pretty good eye for spotting things but David certainly picked up lots of stuff I just wouldn't of noticed and also found some things that only an experienced expert in this field would know about.
After passing the report on, the house builder was very quick to start working through the list and getting it all sorted.

David did a snag report on our new build property at Langley Gate, I met David at the property and David went out his way to talk through the snags with me and explain each of them to help better understand the next steps. This was our first new build property, so David’s expertise was really appreciated and I can’t recommend him enough if you’re in the process of buying a new home. The report was comprehensive but also very easy to understand and talk through with the development.

He uncovered multiple faults just prior to the 2-year post completion deadline, and the developer is now working to correct them. Fair, clear pricing and great communication. Having bought our forever home, a new build which we spent a significant amount on optional extras, for peace of mind we wanted professional snagging to be carried out. Following a recommendation for David, I checked the TrustPilot reviews and it looked as though we would be in safe hands. Arranging the appointment was straightforward and David came on the date agreed, was polite and respectful, carrying out his inspection with care. His previous experience working for a large builder was evident as he knew where to check and identified snags we never would have seen but that would have been detrimental if missed. The report provided was clear and put us in a good position going into our follow up meetings with the builders. Going into that meeting with the views of a professional gave us more confidence highlighting those snags and agreeing resolution.

I was recommended to David by some friends and the process from start to finish was flawless. The price was reasonable and it was made clear from the start what I was expected to pay and by which point during the process. David arrived for the appointment and was lovely and friendly. He explained the process and then got to work. The turn around for the report was very quick and the report itself is so easy to understand and this has really helped us communicate to our builders the issues that had been raised.
