Liz at Quality Imprint is incredible. We explained what we were looking for, and she responded quickly with options. Once we nailed down a product, proofs were provided and and orders were placed in a timely manner. Liz continued to follow up with production and shipping times, as well as after we received the items making sure everything came in correctly.
All products ordered were great quality and just as we ordered. We will definitely be using Quality Imprint in the future.

Excellent customer service
We had several changes to our mock-up of the design. They were very helpful even with our several rounds of changes. There was an issue with the product that was delivered but QualityImprint was very helpful in finding a solution. I am very happy with the product and the customer service.

There was confusion about artwork and the size of towel ordered. Once the company saw the survey I sent in about the confusion and how disappointed I was with the size of the towels, Josie the representative text me and called my to say how sorry they were and quality print thanked me for helping them improve their process and offered me a discount on my next order.
