Had difficulty contacting .mail not ignored .Repeated phone calls before a call back .Sent it back at a big cost in time and money to myself.

You ordered a metal curtain pole set and we have no plastic curtain poles available from any of our suppliers, so you are providing false and misleading information.
You mentioned that emails were ignored but we have not received any emails at all from you.
The only contact that we received from you was 3 voicemail messages (which you have also complained about) so i will outline the real situation below.
The times of your impolite voicemail messages on the Monday were the following.

Do you really need to leave 3 voicemail messages within the space of 5 minutes? surely 1 is suffice?
I went outside for a brief moment to organise stock and then called you back as soon as i saw your message. I don't have a dedicated call centre like Amazon.
Complaining about time and expenses to send an item back is also a bit much don't you think?
It also cost me a large amount of time and expenses to send the item to you, but i'm not going to complain about that as i have common sense and understanding.

Hallis Antoinette Key Tassel - Slate Blue
I recently had my Grandad’s 1920s oak bureau renovated. In the last couple of years of his life he lost the key. After he died I found the key and wanted a big key tassel so it wouldn’t get lost again. I chose the Hallis Antoinette Key Tassel - Slate Blue, his favourite colour. It looks beautiful. I’m very happy with my purchase.

At last! I d been searching for curtains to match a duvet set I’d bought some time back. Found them at quality poles and placed an order . They arrived very quickly, were of good quality and nicely packaged and I was more than happy with them, as they were certainly not expensive!

Great product and fantastic customer service. Unfortunately the Delivery went to a neighbour many houses away from ours and no note was left to advise of this. One call to Quality Poles chasing the order resolved this issue however and I was able to collect my parcel.
