The quality of the curtain pole does not match the name of the company, the quality is very poor, not worth the price tag.

I apologise for the issues that you have experienced with the quality of the curtain pole set.
We have received no contact from yourself about any issues so far.
We can be contacted by telephone or email at any time to deal with any problems.
We do not manufacture the curtain poles as we are the retailer so we do not have any involvement with the quality of the manufacturing process.
The corded pole that you have ordered is the lowest priced corded pole available which does mean that the quality is going to be on the lower end of the scale, but it does offer a lot for the money as a ready made corded pole costs more to manufacture than a standard ready made pole set.
For a high quality corded pole, you will need to order a bespoke range which will allow you to choose high quality options, although the price will be quite a lot higher.
We replace any faulty or damaged items free of charge and no customer needs to be left with an item of unsatisfactory quality.
If you have any issues with the curtain pole, just let me know and i will be happy to help.
We can also communicate with the supplier if you have any specific technical issues so you won't have to keep any unsatisfactory items.
You can return any items to us for a refund by using the returns page on our website.

I have taken a look at the tracking information and it shows that they tried to deliver your parcel on 4 separate dates, with delivery cards also being left, but there was nobody to accept the parcel on each date.
This parcel has now been put on a "return to sender" as they needed a recipient to accept the parcel.
