The blind cutter when I set it to cut the right length moved whilst in use ruined the blind ! Does not lock properly

I apologise for the issue that you have experienced with the slat cutter.
This is the first time that we have heard of issues with this slat cutter which have been supplied for around 10 years, so your slat cutter may have been from a bad batch.
The cutter should only be used to cut one slat at a time, so if multiple slats are being cut at once then this could cause cutting issues.
I have passed on the information to the supplier to see if they can help to identify what has happened and to resolve the issue for you..
If you can send photos of the cutter to us, then we can get a replacement cutter sent out for you.

A real plesure to deal with
A real pleasure to deal with this company. They sorted out my order quickly and efficiently over the phone when I managed to type my email address incorrectly and was unable to see the confirmation order. The rail was great and delivered without fuss the next day. Will definately use them again

Not quality customer service
Sadly the rings that were sent were not the size as described on the website. I made contact and they said it must have been an issue with the supplier and they would get some more sent. 12 days later I still hadn’t heard anything so contacted them again to be told the same thing - I explained the urgency as they were replacements for broken ones and the curtains were not benefiting from not having the rings! Again the supplier was blamed and he said he would get on to it and let me know which I thought would be that day or the next - now 12 days later and still nothing - ordering more from elsewhere because even if I call again i cant rely on anything happening / will request a refund!

This has taken slightly longer than usual due to the Christmas holidays and the supplier being a lot busier than usual which is out of our control.
