Amazing Customer Service
I bought the E-bike, and it was going to come unassembled and with three included gifts. I received a message that the shipping would be delayed, and I was worried about the bike's arrival, as I wanted to use it on one of our camping trips. I messaged back to get a more detailed arrival date. I received the bike early and was pleasantly surprised that it was assembled, but missing one of the gifts. I then messaged the support team to confirm when the bike mirrors would arrive, and was informed they were out of stock. I was disappointed and asked if they could send them once they are back in stock, and was immediately given a response that they would ship it ASAP. The bike mirrors are on the way, and I really appreciate how responsive they were to all of my questions. We love the bike so much so far. The only issue is that the bench seat seems a bit off-center, and we are now missing one of the hinge pins, so I will likely replace it myself. The customer support team has been super helpful.

Easy to work with. I received the bike a week early. The only downside was that they use FedEx. FedEx didn’t call before they delivered it and I was supposed to sign for delivery but they didn’t even come to the door

Very well built & comfortable
Very well built & comfortable. Only issue was a bolt that was to tight so I couldn’t adjust the handlebars. Company was very understanding & sent a replacement stem.

This company is very responsive to inquiries. One of my orders did not arrive but the backup was great. They identified the issue and corrected it.
The order is in shipping now.
I would do business with these guys again. For me, how you back the sale is most important, I can buy the same stuff from others retailers but I prefer

Quality quest bikes service department was very helpful in, trying to resolve the problem with my trike. How ever I'm not pleased with the manufacturer quality control a simple opening and closing of the hinge have revield the problem at the factory and corrected before shipping
