Matt got me the bike and its been wonderful. I am glad he did not wait for the other battery.

The e-trike hitch rack was on back-order when I placed the order. They provided updates promptly and with coutesy when I asked. They shipped the order a day before the stated date. The shipment arrived I excellent condition.

The staff was helpful when I had delivery stipulations.

I purchased a trike from this company in April. Due to custom manufacturing and shipping, it only arrived a few days ago. I’ve not had a chance to put it together and test it, but it looks solid enough. The company went above and beyond in terms of customer service and kept me in the loop at every step of the process. I can’t praise them enough.

Package was surprisingly delivered earlier than anticipated. Very Knowledgeable people on the phone that I chatted with . Ease of assembly was Great Quality of Craftsmanship was Great
The only con was lack of color choices
and the option of direct payment with credit card as opposed to being forced to open a pay pal account

It has taken some time to provide an accurate review.I can say, with experience, that the Meet One Tour is easy to ride if you had hip or knee replacement. I love how smooth and comfortable it is to ride. I bought a Buddy Rider dog carrier, because I wanted my little pup to be in front of me and you can't add a front basket. This trike feels so safe to ride, nice to feel the wind in my hair again. Also, Matt was very helpful and keeps you up to date. Meet One Tour is expensive, but worth it to be active again. I love it.

I needed a new motor for my e-bike and was having trouble getting it myself. So I called Quality Question Bikes and spoke to Matt before closing, the next day he had already sent me an email with a quote and kept me updated, including when it would arrive. I would definitely recommend Quality Question Bikes Bikes to family and friends.
