i ordered twice x10 pieces. They are thick and big enough.

Few months ago i ordered a mini shaver from this website and i still use it to this day..My wife recently bought a hair trimmer and she is also satisfied .. i never post reviews but i wanted to do a good will now.

I’ve recently bought the Twirly product and I must say that I’m impressed! I’m currently in Germany and the product is super convenient for traveling, it simply does the job perfectly, I’m wondering how are there negative reviews about this website, this is the 3rd product I’ve bought from Quanolo and I’ll continue buying as long as I’m satisfied!! I’ll write a review again when I buy the next product from them for sure.

I stupidly ordered what looked to be an amazing garden tool from an ad I saw on Instagram (will I never learn). It arrived yesterday and is not fit for purpose. Not only does it have no handle, rendering it completely useless, it's very clearly been well used by someone else and isn't new, it's heavily scratched and the blade is even bent in the corner. I have emailed requesting a refund but nothing as yet. I'm not paying for postage either as this is quite heavy. From all the other reviews, and the fact that this was an Instagram advert, I strongly suspect this business is a scam, selling cheap, used and useless items purporting to be genuine. Avoid.

Excellent customer service and refund

I bought an electrical hair product. The plug and voltage was wrong for our country.

They gave me a refund straight away, even though they said others have used it successfully with a simple adapter.

Customer service were prompt and very polite.

I initially thought they may be scammers but discovered they were not.

The product I received does not work. Its faulty. I've Emailed the company twice but had no reply from them. I have asked how I arrange a return and refund. No reply again. I certainly will never order anything from Quanola again. Its a disgrace!

I ordered two multi-functional 5 in 1 versa racks but the quality is extremely poor and not as shown in the video. There was no correspondence or returns slip in the envelope. When I asked for a refund they offered a 50% refund and said I could keep the goods. They said they offered this to save me postage costs. Postage would be a fraction of what I'd lose on a partial refund. Don't buy from this company. I wouldn't have done if I'd read other reviews first.

Worst company for customer services and quality..
Ordered a trimmer it came win damage box and NO charger,sent about 4 emails to them and still waiting for reply..
Trading standard should look into this company

Ordered a shower head but never got delivered.
The companies tracker said it was delivered but when tried to find where it was they wanted to charge a £1.
They never replied to emails and no phone number but they still charged my card.
Rubbish company do not use
Shower head has now been delivered but accompanying letter or instructions.
Why couldn't they have answered emails and saved a bad review

Ordering was easy product came with the boxes slightly damaged. No protection in the packaging. Went down the channels for a refund. No chance as others have commented on. Do not repeat do not use this company.

This company, whoever they are, because lord knows there is no way of contacting them once you have placed an order, should be legally forced to stop trading with immediate effect. I ordered and paid £27.99 for a shovel to clear weeded paths. I received after 2 weeks and many emails from them saying my order was being processed (email from a noreply acc) a shovel shaped piece of metal, no handle, no nothing. Absurd. I want a refund but can find no way of requesting this. An utterly crap company. Do not set fire to your hard earned cash. They are both shameful and shameless. How are such companies allowed to trade?

Within seconds of placing the order I realised that I had made a mistake. Immediately I e-mailed them to correct that error but the message bounced back because the address they gave was incorrect. My order and subsequent e-mail were sent outside normal busines hours so they would have received them next time they opened for business.
Today I hav received notice of despatch and they seem to have ingnored totally my correction of the order.
The only way t ocontact them is through the dodgy e-mail address so I'll just have to wait for the wrong goods to be delivered and then battle on from there

This company is a scam. I ordered a pair of boots for £34. The boots that arrived were nothing like the ones ordered, there were many differences, the material, the stitching, no label as pictured, the pair provided were very poor quality indeed. I returned the item but the insist that you pay postage with tracking, it cost me £15.45. They have admitted an error in their processing of the order but won’t refund the postage. Do not order anything from this company they are terrible

Well after 2 weeks worth of emails insisting they refund my money for boots they sent to me that were extremely poor quality and not representative of the images they advertise online - they refunded my money without me needing to send the item back!!

If you’ve been caught out too, please persist in demanding a refund/ they pay return postage stating they have broken the contract of sale as they have not supplied the item they advertised.

Happy to get a refund but definitely will not buy from Quanolo again - lesson learned!!

One star is too many for this fraudulent company!
Please do not buy anything from this company the goods shown on their website will not represent what you actually receive. Trading Standards really should shut them down!
I bought a pair of boots the quality was so bad and they did not look like the image/video.
Cheap materials poor quality just appalling.
They will not answer any of my emails and return my money!

This company is a scam ,stay well clear !have just had a bad experience with them .

As previous reviews have stated the quality of the product was beyond poor. I saw the ad on Pinterest - have deleted the Pinterest app! This wasn't so much a scam as poor judgement on my part. As soon as I placed the order I realized it would be a mistake. Lesson learned. Don't trust info on Pinterest and read reviews first! No paperwork, no order number. Says it all really.

If I could have put no stars then I would. Total scam, received boots just as person in review below, they would good for the bin. Appalled by them and the fact that total rubbish like that can be advertised legitimately in Pinterest.... More fool me!
