The customer service rep was David Yarrito. He was helpful and seemed to care.
The customer service rep, David Yarrito, was very helpful and seemed caring. The loan process and information needed was very quick and simple. During my time considering, there was a large amount of calls daily, asking if I was going to do it or not. The fee and upfront cost was not explained and I didnt know it until I was reading the agreement. For the high dollar amount of the loan, it doesnt seem like the upfront cost they deduct from the loan amount is very fair and should be explained better.

This was my second loan from QuickBridge. I reached out to my contact, Tim, and he was able to secure a loan that made sense for my business. The process was straightforward; you fill out some forms and upload your last three bank statements. It only took a few hours for different offers to be presented, and you choose which option works for you. Sign the papers electronically and receive the funding the following day. This couldn't have been easier.
