I placed an order on 19 June and received the item a few days later. Unfortunately it was a gift that wasn't quite right so returned the item on 29 June, using the Quiksilver return label. In addition, I have proof of postage.
It is now 28 July and I have not yet received a refund. My enquiry of 14 July via the website simply generated an auto-response, which did not address the issue. I followed this up with a reply, which I still have not received a reply to. I tried to call the Customer Services team today, but the phone lines are not being answered (pre-recorded message to tell you that they cannot answer any calls because they are too busy). This is appalling customer service (or, rather, lack of). For a long established company you would expect better systems and processes to be in place. It should not be difficult to get your money back on an unwanted item. I am disgusted with the poor quality of service and I would strongly discourage anyone to buy an item from them.

Quiksilver have always sold great hoodies and T Shirts that last.

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers size36. I received 2 pairs size 40🤷‍♀️. I have made at least 4 attempts to raise the matter with customer service. They appear inert and indicate they are overwhelmed currently 🤷‍♀️. Pathetic service. I won’t be tempted again. A pity as I used to love their products but am now reduced to trying to get my money back by chargeback 🤞.

Bad processing times, poor support from support team and a £5 return fee more than my shipping fee to me!

Quiksilver products are high quality and the delivery service was very efficient. Very happy with my shorts.

dont expect your delivery quickly, and they "cant" (more like wont) cancel your order if youre waiting

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Placed an order via the website on the 5th of June, items took ages to arrive.
Sent items back following their own processes and it has been one month since I sent items back and so far no communication, nothing. They kept my money, won't reply to emails nor the online form. They are thieves!!

shocking customer service order placed weeks ago with no updates on ETA. have emailed a number of times and keep getting autoreplies ......never again

Ordered two pair of flip flops and two hours later email saying one pair is out of stock and still nearly a week later refund hasn’t been issued…they second pair which were way to small more like a large size 5 ..I ordered a size 7 ..started a refund and quicksilver will deduct £5 from the refunded balance for postage…absolutely stressful company

Non-existent customer service - Refunds impossible. THEY HAVE NOW CLOSED THEIR TELEPHONE SERVICE COMPLETELY. Email is the only contact mechanism, which unfortunately appears to be unmanned. I would not order from here - they used to be fantastic but are now utterly useless.

Quicksilver are an extremely poor company, their sizes are incorrect so always come up small and their customer service is non existent and shocking. Be warned they will also charge you for returning products, although you are charged for them sending them to you in the first place.

Brilliant products, great website and ordering, efficient and timely delivery-customer service support was effective and speedy with my enquiries-cannot find fault and no hesitation recommending 11/10

Extremely slow delivery time with sod all Quicksilver updates on why it was delayed or when I could expect my delivery to arrive. Customer support was just an AI agent that would reply to my query, basically shutting my down and ignored me when I asked to speak to a human. Terrible experience on every front!

Delivery takes a bit too long. Order sent in 2 parts without any notification about the first delivery. The trousers I ordered were good quality but way too long. I returned both items. They were received on the 25th of June and I still have no confirmation from the company about receiving the return and issuing my refund. When calling the customer service there is only a voicemail and after submiting a request on their website you only get an automated chat bot response. Their customer service is non existing. I had to use the Paypal resolution centre and now I'm waiting for a response. Do not order from the Quiksilver uk website if you might want to return your order. It will be a headache.
