Honestly, such a game changer for my setup!
I’m so happy with my Quntis product! The build quality is amazing and it looks super clean and minimalist on my desk. It works perfectly and genuinely upgraded the whole look of my setup. If you're on the fence about getting one, just do it, it's totally worth it. 10/10 recommend!

Delivery is really poor, product not great
Can't tell you how good the light is, or isn't. Or even if it will arrive. Chose to save a couple of pounds by going direct (mainly to avoid paying Bezos more money) but I wish I'd bought through Amazon. Then this review would have been about the product and not the delivery. Tracker is supplied, but rubbish - all is tells me is that allegedly my light has been sitting in Shenzen for over a week now.
Update - one month on. That's how long delivery took. Definitely order through Amazon if you actually want this light. Do you want it? I've been less than impressed - it produces approximately 30% of the light output of the desk lamp I bought it to replace. The manufacturer blames my power supply - but it's running from a standard USB output on a high quality docking station so.... Probably going to donate this to one of my children and replace with a fresh desk lamp for half the price. For reference this is the 'screenlinear Glow Plus Dual Light (20.1inch)' longer model for large screens

Communication could be better
Communication could be better. The first mailings with purchase and shipping confirmation arrived quickly. Once it reached the delivery service, this was less so. The platform for tracking the shipment wasn't always working, or couldn't find my parcel number. Ultimately, the package arrived three days after the original delivery date. The product was in perfect condition and completely intact. I installed it and have been using it for several months now. The backlight is great for working in the evening, or simply as mood lighting.

bought xmas lights, they worked a week, contacted customer service to inquire about a return, they asked for proof of it not working, provided several videos, they asked me for more videos showing me using another outlet. kept asking me to try new things instead of letting me return, it became a job

[UPDATED] Amazing Customer Service recovery and great product!
I initially had a frustrating experience with my direct order (#Quntis5737) due to a severe local courier issue: the package was delivered to the wrong city with a fake signature.
However, I am updating this review to 5 stars because of how exceptional their Customer Service was in fixing this. Lexi from the Quntis team personally reached out to me, sincerely apologized for the logistics failure, and immediately issued a full refund. They essentially took a financial loss just to ensure my satisfaction and make things right, which shows they genuinely care about their customers.
In the meantime, I had already repurchased the item on Amazon and I must say the product itself works perfectly.

Unpleasant Experience
I ordered this material before and it arrived damaged. I asked for an RMA so we can get a replacement. Doesn't seem like anyone cared too much about helping us get this resolved. I even attached photos of the damaged equipment. But you guys had no problem forcing me to buy another. Not cool.

All in all good
It was about 3 weeks until my item was shipped and it took another 1.5 to be delivered (they shipped from Shenzen in China). Waiting for shipment was a bit flustrating but support answers were friendly and kind. In the end my light bar was delivered, packaging and quality of a bar looks very good. It works nice so all in all i am happy ( I am located in Poland)

Special offer not applied
There was a special offer on the website banner (top of the page using french) stating "buy 1 get 15% off, buy 2 get 25% off, buy 3+ get 30% off".
This discount was not applied whenever I put 1, 2 or 3 items in the cart. Instead a smaller discount was applied. I was really disappointed and it felt like a scam. The support also couldn't help me.
When you announce some offer you should stick to it. Not serious...

Website is declared as US, but all data is transferred to and processed in Mainland China. Did not receive purchased product for weeks. Customer service does not reply to requests after purchase.
