One of the jars in my order was busted when I opened the box. Customer service was excellent and getting another jar shipped to me

Very good customer service, product works great and tastes good.

I received my 2 jars of Sea Moss gel and one jar was completely empty and broken because of the carrier handling my package, sea moss gel was all over the inside of the box and one the other products. I immediately contacted customer service, my representative Alex was very patient, kind, informative through the entire process. Alex also processed my replacement jar within 10 minutes. That was the definition of great customer service. Thank you Alex

At first I was frustrated. The chat system kept kicking me out and not allowing me to send the necessary pictures for the broken items I received, however I found an email and was easily able to send the pictures and get the broken items replace quickly and efficiently. Just opens my soursop and it was amazing waiting on the others to show up.

When I got my first order I was unhappy with the flavor I chose but the lovely staff at true sea moss was super friendly and helpful and change me to a flavor I found more to my taste and it absolutely wonderful, what I had left of the first jar they offered to take back or keep it with other things you can use it for and I used it for a cool refreshing mask for my face and also a hair mask. Highly recommend both. Thank you again!

Waiting on the delivery -its only been 5days since order was placed. This review is only for the customer service. Good experience with the chatbot - apprehensive at first -would normally sent an email and waited on a reply at a later date, but this went very smooth. Entered my name/email- order found immediately in less than a min. Good experience thus far, hope the rest of transaction goes just as smooth.

I placed a new order from the website today and it accidentally defaulted to the last address I shipped something to. I reached out by CHAT and it literally took 2 minutes to fix the problem. I cannot wait to get my new flavors!! I love this product

I received my 3 bottles but all were runny so I am sure will not be effective. Then I find that its an involuntary subscription. But no worries, my card has been canceled. And subscription voided on my terms. Nice try though.

I recently started purchasing from true sea moss and I have to tell you I’ve never felt so cared for. From the first conversation to the very last. To answering every question I had and can’t forget the fact that there products are delicious. If you le looking and thinking on buying please sooo do. Highly recommended

I had a concern about my order and if it was still safe with the difference in consistency from previously purchased products and I received a fast response from consumer support and besides being reassured of product being ok, they are sending me new ones as well. I appreciate them going an extra step rather then just telling me I’m good to go with what I have.

My mom accidentally signed up for a subscription instead of a one-time purchase. When the unexpected charge came through, I contacted customer service to explain the mistake. They were incredibly nice, cancelled the subscription immediately, and issued a full refund without any hassle. Highly recommend a brand that truly cares about its customers!
