RAC car insurance
Already with RAC insurance, got a new quote for another year. Accepted quote. Was told documents would be emailed and posted. I prefer to speak to an operator as opposed to going online. They say it’s quicker. No it’s not for me!
Documents arrived, wrong amounts and dates 3 times. You ask customer to check details. May I suggest RAC to check details before they are sent to customer.

How good are they? Haven’t Claimed Yet!
Very easy to purchase car insurance. However, only 3 stars at the moment because you never know how good an insurance broker is until you need to make a claim……and, of course, we don’t intend to need to! Same thing with breakdown cover - peace of mind knowing it’s there but we don’t know good they are until we have a call-out and we hope not to need to!
