Online App Service Only-Never Again
I appreciate this is an online only service, but the App is really difficult to navigate when you want to make changes, such as obtaining a new car insurance quote. I’ve just spent around 30 mins in an online chat when a quick phone call could have resolved the issue.
Moreover, the quote is almost £300 more than every other provider, and you wanted to charge me £114 to cancel my existing policy! I would have happily stayed with the RAC, but no one bothered to discuss the options available, or offer a price to compete with the other providers. In fact, I wasn’t even asked what I’d been quoted.
Your sole online service, will eventually lose you customers and revenue. I’m dreading the moment when I have to change my breakdown cover to my new car.. probably another 30 minutes of my life that I won’t get back, stuck in the hell that is an online chat room speaking to a chatbot!
