RAC car insurance giving me threatening emails
Just had a email from RAC Insurance saying I owe them £20 and threatening me with the bailiffs.
In fact they owe ME over £350 .
I paid my years insurance up front then cancelled in around six months.
I was told by one of their staff that I would receive my rebate in around three days.This was a week ago.
NOW I'M GETTING THREATENING EMAILS SAYING THEY WILL SEND THE "BAILIFFS" ROUND.
A perfect example of disorganised staff and camunication.

Good price for level of cover.
Getting the quote was easy enough and then taking the policy out was fairly straightforward.
I took out the online only policy🙄 which is were it becomes not as easy, the website looks fairly straightforward,but isn't trying to upload proof of NCB has been somewhat difficult and your only form of contact is a chatbot which just tells you to go to the upload document section which for the life of me I can't find !!!!!!!
