Shocking company
Spent 45 mins on live chat because again they've taken DD on the wrong date which apparently means I'm then due them an extra £20 because it didn't go through. 45 mins and 4 times asking them to change the payment date only to get back some scripted response and then be booted off. I'll never take insurance with RAC again.
