RackUp+Go. Never heard of this company before. I was quite dubious of them at first. However…I looked them up and found that they are legit and could be trusted to deliver.
So, I purchased an EcoFlow Delta 2 Max with a 800w Alternator Charger from them.
The price was very reasonable as I bought them together as a bundle.
The D2M arrived well packaged although the box didn’t have the EcoFlow logo on it. This made me a lil nervous as I have seen several unboxing videos and they all had logo’s on them. Undaunted, I proceeded to open it up and inside it was just like in the unboxing videos I’d seen. That made me feel relieved. Although, It wasn’t until I got everything out that I realized the Alt. Charger wasn’t included. I then looked back at the order details to see if there was anything I missed. Assured that the order I placed was correct, I contacted Zac by email about this. He replied a little bit later to let me know that it was shipped separately and apologized for the confusion. Two days later the Alt. Charger arrived. Yeah!
All in all my experience has been net positive and I would be willing to vouch for this new company. I also would recommend them to my discerning community, friends and family.

I recently purchased A Eco Pro, delta pro ultra. I spoke directly with one of the owners. I specifically, and, expressly told them the following: we are building a home in Panama, CA. we will not be returning to Panama until October 15th. I expressly specifically made it clear to send this 216, lb device. OCEAN FREIGHT my name, and address in Doral Florida. This was to insure shipping to Panama was to be by boat, as opposed to air freight. Imagine my surprise when Elecier, from, Servitechnic emailed me to tell me my package had arrived. My air shipping cost was $$922.50.
I contacted Rack In Go to address this situation. They refused TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS MISTAKE.. I put this into dispute, with Bank of America. Now a month later, I have been credited to additional shipping cost. $412.00.
We are permanent Residents of Panama, and know how things work.THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST, AND YOU CAN FIND THIS PRODUCT ELSEWHERE.

They went above and beyond for me. They also had the best prices and very fast shipping.

I’ve been calling this company every day since last week. No one ever answers. Literally ever. What would happen if I ordered something and needed service? I’ve heard of these websites that list products just to take your information and are never actually available. Meanwhile, I called Wellbots about the same product and they picked up on the first ring. Never do business with anyone who won’t support you.

I just think Rackup&go did not try to help with delivery issues with fedex . Rack up has a fed ex rep that could have made my second delivery a little less painful if they called them . The first delivery had me in my home requiring a signature for 11 hours . That’s not acceptable . The second delivery also late had me at home for 7 hours it also required a signature. People do not have time to wait in their homes for that length of time . There needed to be some type of accountability on rack ups part . Their attitude give us a bad review and we will respond . They also prevented me from reviewing them on the shop app .

I was skeptical having never dealt with Rackup+Go before but the pricing was well below Amazon so I thought I’d give them a try. The order arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I installed the Maxxair Deluxe fan in my teardrop trailer and it works great.

I would buy from them again without hesitation.

Superb service! Efficient, knowledgable and competitive. Needed a new EcoFlow Power Station pretty quickly for an off-the-grid production and the R+G team did not disappoint. Travis was very courteous and our shipment happen to arrive extra early. Great selection and competitive pricing. Definitely our goto from now on!

Package arrived much earlier that scheduled! There was not scratch anywhere on the product. Installed and Loaded my heavy e bike within an hour and off for a ride. Very happy.

Placed an order for a Velit AC and got a tracking number with label created. 1 week later the order still had not shipped. Called and emailed them to get an update and was told they would check with the warehouse and get back to me. 2 days later and there is still no response or update and the order still hadn’t shipped. Now their phone just goes to voicemail.

Update: I did finally get an email later today but only after I emailed them again twice and left a voicemail. It does appear that the issue was primarily with Velit being out of stock. However, it is true they took 2 days from my first inquiry to get me an answer which was basically that they are going to cancel my order. So 1 week after my order I’m now waiting for my refund which they say has been processed but hasn’t shown up in my account yet. They seem like a reputable company but I think they are short staffed and slow to respond when they have issues.

Easy company to use and quick reliable shipping.

Rackup+Go was great and they had great communication and shipped the items fast. Had issues with FedEx and they kept putting boxes on different trucks which made boxes get a little damaged and delayed shipments which caused a complaint call on FedEx or would have given 5 stars.

Great experience.
Ordered my winch Sunday night, it shipped Monday and arrived Tuesday. In perfect condition. These guys are on it.

You delivered what I ordered almost before I ordered it. Thanks for your competence

Quick delivery of the extra battery but still waiting on the main unit after a week. Even though it shows everything was delivered I'm still waiting on the Wave II.
Update,
The app that tracks says everything was delivered but the email does have two tracking numbers. It's been over a week and now says was supposed to be delivered today Monday now says it's been delayed. Last checked in Pennsylvania.

I purchased wave 2 and I think , I got a good deal . Thanks Rackupgo!

All good except I’ve send a couple emails about the quick connect. I’m looking for a female end so I can connect my hose to the tank but no response’s

Can you tell me the manufacturer or where to get one.

Great price, great transaction. Saved me hundreds of dollars, shipped promptly and arrived as advertised.

My $5000 Eco flow Delta Pro ultra, arrived, damaged, and did not require a signature like it was supposed to. I contacted Rackupgo and they were as shocked as I was. They sent me a return slip and will be ensuring the next shipment is perfect condition and will require a signature upon delivery. Very pleased at how fast they handled my issue.
