I have recently joined this company, and have noticed that they have taken random transactions from my account.
Cannot believe this, currently in contact with my bank , to recover this, but will no longer use them , so be aware.

The best customer service
I haven’t won with Raffolux (just yet) but upon facing a small glitch on their website with spending my earnt credits, I was helped by Sam via their chat very quickly who resolved it without question. Very friendly, very professional and super quick. Thank you again

I even got my partner and some friends to play,
I had some issues when I wanted to pay, so I let them know what happened, screenshots is a good way to show them, for it’s easier when they can see and fix it.
