Poor service
I ordered a pair of shoes in a size 3, they arrived and were a size 8. I returned them the next day and they will not refund me the delivery charge or the return charge as they said I ordered them incorrectly, when I did not. I wanted them in a size 3.
I would never order from them again.

Hi, it's sad to see a 1 star review, as mentioned by our customer service team, there is no additional touch point from when the customer places there items in to the basket to when we ship the items out. Therefore, as the paperwork, the emails and the product you received were the products (or sizes) you added to your cart.
We delivered exactly what you added to your cart as already mentioned by our team. I'm sorry that you feel the issue was of our making and for that reason you wouldn't order for us again.
Take care
Team RAID London
Beautiful shoes
Beautiful shoes, really bright blue and very comfortable. Well constructed with no stitches missing or coming away. Mid size heel is the perfect height and managed to keep them on for a full night out.
Delivery was super fast (next day delivery) and arrived well presented in box

In love with them!!
Just bought a pair at The Bay. I normally don’t buy shoes if they’re not leather because of my bunion, but these shoes felt good right away and no pressure on the bunion. In love with my new stilettos!!

I think it's a scam
I think it's a scam. Ordered 3 pairs of shoes, they've not arrived. The Yodel link they send via customer service, as proof that it's on it's way, doesn't work like a real Yodel tracker. I'm going to conact my bank. I wouldn't receommend to anyone, it's all very fishy.

Hi Tee,
Sad to see a 1 star review after we have already had dialogue about your issue and Yodel is currently investigating. The tracking shows that you selected an alternative delivery date from the one originally planned which would result in the package going back to the depot for storage. Obviously it's not a scam, you can see many 5 star reviews proving otherwise.
Some shipments can get lost as they travel through the delivery network from depot to depot and if an item is lost the carrier has to perform a depot search, which does take a little time. Our customer service team have been in regular contact with you and a further update was provided yesterday. Rest assured your order will be either delivered or refunded and a claim placed with the carrier.
Thanks

Hi Helen, sad to see a 2 star review regarding the returns and refunds process. As you mention you returned the item on the 7th April and this date, along with the 10th April were bank holidays, so both the carriers and ourselves would not be working
causing a slight delay.
As of today (13/4/23) you refund has not been processed, however it can take a little time to check over the return and process any due refund, your item may still be in transit or in our waiting zone. Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days, in accordance with our published terms and conditions available from our website.
You can contact our Customer Service team for assistance as I do not see any previous open tickets regarding this issue.
Thanks
