Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a bag with matching side pouches, but the pouches were never included. After raising the issue, I was asked to wait until a specific date for an update. I waited as requested, only to be met with complete silence.
Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I received no meaningful communication, no update on whether the missing items had been dispatched, and no confirmation of the refund that had been discussed. The lack of customer service and basic courtesy has been incredibly frustrating.
At this point, I have been left with no confidence that this company values its customers or intends to resolve problems when they arise. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase for answers after paying for goods that were not fully supplied.
I had hoped to resolve this matter directly, but after being ignored for so long, I am now considering pursuing a refund through my bank.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Proceed with caution if you expect communication, accountability, or after-sales support.

I purchased a British Army Bivvi recently and it was delivered very efficiently and in great condition.
Superb value for money and excellent customer service.

I've brought many pairs over the years and am in love with their styles. The shoes are affordable and my faves right now are my June boots.

I bought a 9 cm heeled white mule and wore them for 10 hours at a wedding in 32 degrees weather without getting any blisters.
The shoes are pretty soft and they fit perfectly, the foot stays in place and does not slit.
I only added a gel pad inside the sole to add extra comfort.
I will definitely buy again from this store.

Really disappointed. Sent some boots back for a refund as they were too small/tight. I used their Royal Mail returns and they have had the boots back since 19th of December and I’ve still not been refunded. It’s been a month. Their customer service is very few and far between regarding updates. I feel like I’ve been scammed, are they a legitimate company?

Read reviews after ordering boots and was a little bit worried as not great reviews but my experience has been great. Order arrived promptly and within the time specified and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. Sizing perfect.. Good quality and great price. Only complaint is I didn't receive an email confirmation of my order.

Despite many emails, the company has not refunded my money, and it has been weeks (I wrote many emails). I am raising this with my bank to report this as fraud. Please be warned to stay away from this scam company.

great set of shoes for the summer without breaking the bank. I am a bit hard on my summer sandals and am happy to have a source to go to for replacements at a great price and speedy delivery.

Been trying to get in contact since 6th of March and haven’t been replied to at all, returned my shoes and haven’t had any email or refund even though I have confirmation of delivery to them. Customer services apparently available 9-6 but been unavailable for the past 2 weeks??
