Am fost discriminat de iei in România ca Roman de catre sefa sediului din Timișoara lângă spitalul judetean. Am vrut sa încasez salariul de medic și au zis vezi alta banca :)))) plus etc nu are rost.

Worst Bank I have dealt with in my international experience , No real interest in solving clients problems, they would close your account based on your nationality, even if you officially considered premium customer, you can be responded with not eligible for simple services, without giving any reason, or without proposing any alternative solution.

Serios, sunt alte bănci mai bune.
Am "cumpărat" ceva de pe un site și nu mi-am dat seama că este scam.
Am sunat la banca sa ii anunț și mi-ai spus că nu au ce face doar să închid și să cer din nou cardul.
Nu m-au întrebat ce site și s-au oferit să comunice cu banca in contul căreia au plecat banii.. nimic.
Nu vă faceți cont aici. Ăștia închid locațiile fizice și se muta online vor sa devina gen revolut.
Revolut pare o opțiune mai buna! Ei vor și sucursale fizice.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I went to Romania on August 2023;the employees from the Obor branch did my "actualization" and as a result,the machine didn't take my card anymore(it didn't recognise my Pin).It took them an entire week to give me a new card with a new Pin);they kept pushing me between the 2000star and themself without being able to solve the problem;after doing the "actualization",three weeks later they called me again to du the "actualization " because it wasn't correctly done from the very beginning;I had to leave the next morning,I put a lot of money in the account and now I am not able to pay what I need to pay for with the card I've got,because they don't know how to help me to do it from my account to others.They keep sending me to the apps which didn't ever worked on my Android in Romania,and much less in here.HORRIBLE SERVICES,INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES.I strongly believe that it is not legit;it is a"group" in Switzerland as owners of the bank;it is NOT THE AUSTRIAN RAIFFEISEN INTERNATIONAL BANK! It is a partially scam.We may loose our money.They are not trustable!!They got my money ,and I cannot use it!!!
Bureaucracy and waste of time for the client
Lack of communication, lack of interest of the employees to show at least that they are there for you, the client whose money produce profit for their wages. It's ashame that a foreign bank behave worse than old communist banks. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!

Worst BANK ever
Worst BANK ever. Call center can’t help you and they ask to visit a local place for closing an account. Their program is also weird, from 9-17 when everybody is at work. They also close to call in the middle of the process and when you call back they sais that there is already a closing process But they can’t continue because you have gave them wrong info and closed the call. Bunch of liars who just Take your money.

The worst experience that a had in my entire life. I opened an instant credit card, activate it and after that it doesn’t work on online paymanents. I called the support for minimum 5 times, talk for hours and they only reset my password. I tried to explain that i need to place the order during the same day, due to a sale. They told me that the issue will be fixed until 17:30 pm, the card need to be enroled into 3D secure payments system … The payment still doesn’t work, after hours of disscusions and a lot of time spent in calls … Trash bank … i didn’t recomend it neither to my enemies …
Multi bani blocati minim 24h, poate zile, in locul unui transfer in contul meu Revolut
Am avut nevoie sa fac un transfer urgent cu o suma mare in Revolut si de-acolo sotiei mele care pleaca a doua zi in UK. Raiffeisen a blocat banii desi a trimis eroare spre Revolut. Am vorbit la Revolut si mi-au spus ca dureaza maxim 5 zile deblocarea automata, am vorbit apoi cu Raiffeisen si mi-au spus ca dureaza 30 de zile nu automat, ci cu interventia lor, dar ca in general dureaza mai putin. Au deschis dosar si astept sa ma sune. Au trecut 24h de la eroare si inca astept rezolvarea ei.
Va recomand cu incredere Raiffeisen Bank.

Hello im client of the bank. Recently i tried cash out my money from debit cart in ATM machine., temporarilly i live abroad , and my card was blocked. I left without money in a foreign country.I can not call becouse rouming cost 2 euro for call to Romania. I tried to call using skype, but bank support said me no u have to use your original romaninam number.Its crazy. if you have a conscience pls contact me. or leave masage here on facebook.

Poor quality bank
Apart from the fact that they are owned by Austrians, this bank charges a commission of 3 euros/month for each separate account, in each available currency!!! Also, they stress you with calls in case you happen to have debts (even if they value 4-5 lei), they threaten you, they place an attachment on your account.
They also suspended the cashier activity, this is a big disadvantage if you want to make quick operations.
0 stars!!! You lost me as a client.
