Truly Outstanding Care/Service. Treat people as they themselves would wish to be treated by others, which is an ethos that permeates throughout the whole organisation. They are professional, reliable, capable, trustworthy, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I was receiving poor service from HCC ACS commissioned provider, Abbots Care. As an alternative, I found and engaged RHCS to replace Abbots Care for some of my Uncles care needs. Having now been with them 6 months I am extremely satisfied.
The office set up is professional, staff a pleasure to work with, happy to go the extra mile ensuring client satisfaction, resolving concerns quickly & effectively, with email communications (which do get responded to) for non-urgent matters and always someone at the end of a phone for more urgent issues.
Communication between office & carers in the field is critical and this is achieved well. There is an app to track care visits. which I check when I want via phone or PC. The care plan is followed with attention to detail, treating my uncle with respect and dignity at all times. The timing of visits are consistent to plan and the number of different carers is not too many.
RHCS also offer other linked services, such as laundry, shopping and cleaning which are exceptionally useful to me as my 96 year old uncle is unable to do these things for himself and I live too far away to be able to help in these, so I have also engaged RHCS for these services.
