Great customer support.

Everything about their service was amazing!!! Particularly Kerem who was so helpful throughout and guided me through the right stair runner to order. The quality of the product is fantastic and I’m in love with final look! Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience ordering from Rainbow Home. My order was sent to the wrong address despite me providing the correct details at checkout. As a result, the delivery failed, and I had to spend my own time and money trying to resolve the issue.

What’s worse is the lack of ownership — both Rainbow Home and their courier (FedEx) kept passing the blame back and forth instead of helping to resolve the problem. I’ve had to chase repeatedly, and weeks later there’s still no clear resolution or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

This experience shows a complete lack of care for customers once payment has been taken. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’d strongly recommend others avoid the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Amazing customer service. Was able to contact them asking about what I would need. They helped me with the measurement and help me to get it arrived asap.
