Rajputana cab is a cheater. While connecting for trip they speak very sweet. But in services they are one of the third class tour operator. If u want to take Reva he from someone suggest Rajputana cab for tour. Their driver has modes operandy to leave visitors fare away from tourist place. So that they can restrict u to visit more tourist places. Company stopped us in journey and force us to pay. Also threaten us and said we will not allow u to leave. What ever bad happen in tour. They treated us like bhikari and charged 84000 for 2 dham yatra. I don’t why Uttarakhand tourist department is silent on this issue. This type of service provider should be bann ed. We are group of senior person aged from 55 years to 65 years. But tour operator provided hotel room on second floor without lift. We have to carry our luggage on own. Hotel staff not ready to help.

I have booked Char Dham Yatra tour package from Rajputana Cabs, but it turns out to by one of the worst trip and journey. I understand Rajputana have given booking to some other trip organizer with the name thrillonhill. We are total of 20 passenger on the trip, everyone is unhappy with their services. Unprofessional trip coordinator who has zero clue what is going on, smoking weed in bus while the bus is in parking together with bus driver and then going and sleeping in the back. I mean we would be better off without the trip coordinator. Zero professionalism, and when I complained to rajputana cabs about the same they started making various excuses. Never book with Rajputana Cabs or thrillonhill if you want to enjoy your Char Dham Yatra.

I am Raja from Muscat, and I would like to share my disappointing experience with Rajputana Cab during my Do Dham Yatra (6 Days / 5 Nights).

I found the Rajputana Cab WhatsApp number online and sent an inquiry for the tour package. Mr. Kansingh (6350027596) responded, negotiated the package, and finalized the booking. The assigned driver was Narendra Singh (9928084928).

Day 1 – Haridwar (Hotel Balaji)
The hotel provided was of very poor quality. The rooms were not properly maintained or clean. The lift was in a very bad condition and felt unsafe. The dining area was unhygienic, and after seeing the cleanliness standards, we did not feel comfortable eating there.

Day 2 – Sonprayag / Sitapur Accommodation Issue
I had specifically requested accommodation at Sonprayag or Sitapur. However, the operator intentionally booked accommodation at Phata, apparently to reduce costs. Normally, the journey from Phata to Sonprayag takes around one hour, but due to heavy traffic, it took nearly seven hours. As a result, I lost approximately six valuable hours of my pilgrimage because of this poor planning.

Day 3 – Kedarnath Accommodation Issue
I had informed the operator in advance that I wanted a homestay booking at Kedarnath. After reaching Kedarnath, I was informed that only camp accommodation had been arranged. This was not what had been promised. I had to spend my own money and make alternative accommodation arrangements.

Day 4 – Return from Kedarnath
The operator had booked accommodation at Chopta. However, because of the delay at Sonprayag, we returned from Kedarnath around 10:00 PM. Considering the late hour and the physical exhaustion after trekking, I requested accommodation near Sonprayag. The operator refused and insisted on following the original plan. Therefore, I had to book accommodation at Sitapur using my own money.

Day 5 – Chopta / Badrinath Accommodation Issue
Accommodation was booked at Badrinath. We visited Tungnath, but due to heavy snowfall, we could only return around 9:00 PM. I requested accommodation near Chopta because of the weather conditions and late return. Again, the operator refused to assist, forcing me to make my own booking in Chopta at my own expense.

Package Cost Concern
During this 5-day journey, I effectively used only 2 days of the accommodations arranged by the operator. For the remaining 3 nights, I had to arrange and pay for accommodation myself due to their poor planning and refusal to cooperate. I requested a reduction in the package cost to reflect these additional expenses, but the operator completely ignored my request.

Driver Feedback – Narendra Singh
The driver was not cooperative and lacked professionalism. He was frequently talking on the phone while driving, which raised safety concerns. His overall attitude and work discipline were disappointing.

Operator Feedback – Kansingh
In my experience, the operator was focused only on reducing costs and maximizing profit rather than providing quality service. There was a lack of professionalism, customer care, and ethical business practices throughout the trip.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would advise travelers to confirm all hotel and accommodation arrangements in writing before booking and to be cautious when dealing with this tour operator.

Don't trust Rajputana CAB, Hyderabad, they are frauds. We recently hired Rajputana Cabs in Hyderabad on Saturday, February 28, 2026. What a huge mistake I made. I regret it. I contacted their online site a day earlier, on Friday, the 27th, and submitted the requested information. Shortly after, I received a call from another mobile number, 98287 50606. Later, I received a WhatsApp message from their other number, 63506-70537, asking for the necessary information. During the conversation, I told them that I am a government employee and am availing LTC facility for myself and my family. Therefore, I will need a printed Taxi bill and a picture of the car's RC. Finally, I booked a sedan car for the next Saturday for a package of ₹3,300 for an 8-hour, 80-kilometer trip. I immediately sent a 25% advance and ₹825 to his mobile number via wallet. After a full day's journey, I had to pay an additional ₹500 for the extra half-hour and Kilometres travels. However, the driver handed me his simple Driver duty slip, in which neither the name of Rajputana CABS or any travel agency printed, nor a seal or signature. I immediately informed him of the details. He said, "Pay the remaining amount to the driver and I'll receive a confirmed bill via WhatsApp within an hour." Now Four days have already been passed, they still haven't provided me with my taxi bill and despite my several follow up still they are not yet sent the printed Bill

Excellent service and driver also very helpful behaviour and very nice nature.thank u so much all service provide me and my family.

They sent goons who stopped our car in middle of road with my family and kids inside and forced us to pay money since we raised concern regarding car given to us was not as per requirement given by us

We used Rajputana cabs for uttarakhand trip..All the staff were very good..driver was very cooperative..We definitely will use their services again..Thanks Sachin Goyal
