Ramsey Moore Real Estate Agents Reviews

Had a brilliant and hassle free experience with robyn from the Dagenham heathway office, she went above and beyond to help me secure my tenancy on a 1 bedroom flat, everything went smoothly and I was in my new flat within 2 weeks after viewing and expressing my interest in the property. Would recommend to anyone, very professional and was also very helpful when I needed advice or had questions about tenency, I will definitely be using again at the end of my tenancy here if the landlord doesn't want to renew or extend contract after 12months,thank you to roybn for making my move so easy and hassle free

We are first time landlords and Robyn Fox supported us every step of the way.. She was always avaliable, gave clear and accurate information.. She was honest, transparent and very reliable. We trust her explicitly. Robyn absolutely went over and above to help with the smooth transition of letting our property.
We would recommend her to everyone

Robyn from Ramsey Moore has been amazing, always professional and polite. She has gone above behond, especially in the current climate we are all living in at the moment

We rented a property with Robyn and she was such a refreshing energy .. explained the process thoroughly would definitely recommend

We have used Ramsey Moore twice now, once for selling and once for rental, both circumstances were very particular and they catered to our very personal needs, I cannot speak highly enough of the team especially within regards of mark who sold our house a few years ago and then Robyn who most recently went above and beyond to help us out and get us settled in our new home.
I hold Ramsey Moore in very high regard and urge anyone who is looking to buy/sell/rent or let to definitely give these very easy going, down to earth but professional through and through agents a call, they will not disappoint that I can assure.

Absolutely great service from Ramsey Moore. Always helpful, reliable and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for all your help.

I have been a landlord for over 20 years and stopped using letting agents as to be honest I found them all to be not up to the job. They just take the commission and do nothing for the tenant or the landlord. That was until I met Robyn fox and Ramsay Moore absolutely spot on and professional. She is extremely knowledge in the property game and offers lots of great advice. I will use Robyn for all my Lettings in future and for any sales and purchases. Finally glad to have found an agent I can trust with my property.

Simple, clear and straight forward. A pleasure to deal with.

From the 1st call till today I have no complain...

Once again Robyn (Ramsey Moore Letting Agents) was excellent. From listing the property, through to supplying quality prospective tenants and the administration throughout. So effective and efficient. From agreeing an offer with the tenants it took just 5 working days to complete the referencing, completion of the tenancy agreement and collecting the deposit and lodging it with the tenancy deposit scheme. They make life so much easier, a pleasure doing business with them. Will recommend this company to any one who wants make their lives easy in the property market.

They was so much help couldn’t ask for anything better!!

We have used Ramsey Moore in Westcliff to sell both our property and my mother-in-laws. Service has been excellent in both cases, they have been very proactive in overcoming challenges in the sale of both properties, the team have been readily available and really good at communication with all the relevant parties. Have already mentioned them to people as a very good local Estate Agent to use.

Recently used the Westcliff office to sell a property - excellent service and thoroughly pleasant staff. Would certainly recommend.
