Great Experience
Been using Ranch Computing for over a year now and it works great with C4D + Octane. We use the new macbooks at work which aren't the best for when we need 3D rendering but their render farm solves that. Easy to use plugin, fast renders, good prices, automatic downloads to your computer.

J'ai essayé 3 fois, de manières différentes, c'était une simple pomme qui roulait.
J'ai essayé avec ma scène tel que je l'ai rendu / la pomme en alembic / ou non comme conseillé rien à faire.
Service client très agréable cela dit.
Je n'ai pas eu le temps de chercher plus que ça d'où venait les problème du au manque de temps.

N'hésitez pas à envoyer uniquement quelques images en guise de test en amont, grâce aux 30 € d'essai offerts.
Il semble que vous utilisiez un plugin non supporté par la ferme.

Nonetheless I cannot agree with such a statement.
It has been tested over several thousands of projects and when the estimation is not the one you expected, we have always an explication for that.
You did not even reply to my teammate so that we can help you out. I'm wondering what can we do at this point?
Please respond and we will explain you the difference between the estimation and the reality.
And if somehow an issue occurred on our side (which is very rare but still can happen), then you we will be glad to refund you accordingly.

Unreliable for this project
Only one pass I've submitted so far has finished rendering. Support has been ok, although the time difference can be frustrating. Repeated tries to get everything else to render have failed. Rendering on my local machines is slow, but has proved more reliable than Ranch at this point.

We were attending to the MIFA this week, so a part of the team was over there.
Yet we keep replying and provided a continuous support with around 30 e-mails in total (including yours) for the past 8 days.
I understand your frustration about the projects.
Nonetheless I think your review and note are extremely tough with us for the efforts we have made so far.
I recognize you got issues but the projects are complex and huge which do not help.
We finally found out that resetting the scene settings seem to work fine (see my last e-mail sent some minutes ago).
I'm confident we will find a solution eventually.

Due to my outdated software I had a couple of problems uploading my project, JP walked me through the process from the begging until i received my images. I liked the the render farm is extremelly fast, but the client support was the best part, thanks JP!
