I had this company replace the front door on my Victorian flat. Not only is it very secure but it also looks fantastic and is in keeping with the stye of the building. They were great to deal with, very helpful, friendly, efficient, and I would recommend using them if you want top quality and excellent customer service.

Fantastic company to deal with and an excellent product. We had tight time scales, a period building and several variables to deal with. All the staff at Goatley's were professional and very supportive. Windows delivered and fitted within time slot and look absolutely beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Used goatleys for windows in a conservatory rebuild I did a couple of years ago and had no hesitation to use them again to replace the bay windows in my house. The job was carried out professionally by good friendly tradesman and I was more than happy with the finished job. They are the best local window company by far with a good reputation for after sales service so I would definitely recommend them.

We decided to renew about 20 windows and 2 doors in our house and chose Goatley because we were impressed by their professionalism in understanding our needs and producing a competitive quotation.
The fitting in April 2023 was well planned and carried out with meticulous care and attention to detail. There was no damage to internal decorations which was great. Overall we were delighted with the products and service and would recommend Goatley without hesitation.

Goatleys have previously installed windows and doors for us, so were the obvious choice when our old wooden back door needed replacement. All members of their team was helpful from start to finish and the installation was done cleanly and efficiently. All just as we expected from Goatleys. They're a bit more expensive, certainly, but excellent value for money.

R&D Goatley provided a friendly, professional service and the two attendant fitters did a great job in fitting four windows with the minimum of fuss/disruption (despite the snowy conditions) and maximum expertise fuelled only by tea (white, no sugar). The appointment was easy to set up. The installation has certainly improved our insulation. We would certainly recommend R&D Goatley. An attraction was the fact it was a local family firm (we found on the internet) and the company proved it was a wise decision to show faith in it. We'd have no hesitation in using them again.
