The product is fine - we have ordered several times but the delivery is painful - cancellation at short notice and misleading e-mails about scheduling that required numerous calls and then when delivered dropped in a doorway and ran!

Great product

As a charity, The National Foundation for Retired Service Animals, we were in desperate need of storage space for our merchandise and Rapid Racking were absolutely amazing and stepped up to help. Not only are we incredibly grateful to them and the kindness of the team for their support, but we are THRILLED with the racking. It was easy to put together, is as strong as an Ox, and has literally changed our lives. Delivery was exactly when it said it was going to be - and the presence of the shelving has been a game-changer. We could not recommend this company, and it's product more. A HUGE thank you.

All the equipment delivered wasn't correct, the backing was the wrong size, so the Team erecting it had to request the correct size. There was no side panels so had to use some of the dividers (so not enough dividers). This is the 2nd time we've used this company and incorrect or missing equipment. The first instalment the top shelves we were told couldn't put on the top panels because of the size of the room, however the 2nd room the fitters could fit them, same height in the room. The 2 fitters that fitted the 2nd room were excellent, great thanks to Phil who was extremely helpful and kept me in the picture throughout the fitting.i can’t fault the customer service team Sara, who apologised for these issues but I feel the salesperson could have been more helpful. I know the company send relevant documents but as customers we do rely on the person from the company getting it right, in this case I don’t feel they did, hence the issues.

Shocking from start to finish. Failed to deliver not once but twice. Who ever they use to deliver are very poor. 1st delivery attempt, waited in all day for it not to turn up. No phone call or nothing! 2nd attempt got a call on the morning of supposed delivery to say they would not be delivering the racking as they had lost the racking somewhere. They did offer to deliver again with some new racking, but I decided to go elsewhere as they could not be relied upon. Wasted a week with these clowns. To be fair customer services were polite. I paid more for their competitors racking, but I did not mind, as I was that fed up with them. No ownership of their product and poor delivery standards.

Prompt delivery, excellent product

My order was shipped without the correct nuts and bolts I.E. missing, therefore the workforce I had hired to help with assembling the racking were all left hanging around twiddling their thumbs until I managed to purchase the missing items from Screwfix. A minor inconvenience but one I could have done without. I am disappointed with the service from Rapid Racking as this was a schoolboy error and could have so easily been avoided by simply checking the items before shipping. The quality of the racking is as expected although the steel shelving was noticeably soiled with a light oily coating and they need to be cleaned before use. The instruction manual for assembling the racking is basic and missing a few critical steps and information. The sales team were very helpful and the shipping time was excellent and quicker than expected. Having said many negatives about my order I would use Rapid Racking again as the overall product is much better than you can buy from other well known companies.

Items as advertised, quality of the item very good with no sharp edges and the fittings supplied are fit for purpose. There was an issue on delivery due to courier but kept up to day. Great service.

Delivered when expected. Order was correct and no issues. The product is excellent. Far easier to put together than the old Dexion racking.
