I wish I read these reviews before I ordered one for myself and one for my daughter. It's been months and nothing just that little notecard that everyone else got. And Affirm is not really helping which is the platform I purchased from. I am trying to get a refund and they keep telling me that I need to show proof I didn't receive it...well here's my empty mailbox!!!! How do you show proof of something not received. So I won't use them again. Do not buy from these people. Rawsoil is a scam and you can't even get anywhere with their links. So frustrating

I paid Rawsoilco $104.42 on August 7, 2026, for a cordless lawn mower. I received a shipping update on August 14, but as of October 26, I have not received the product. I have emailed the company requesting a full refund.

Total Rip Off!!

Please return my money I heard nothin from you !!

TOTAL SCAM - Postcard Trick
Rawsoil is a fraudulent website. They take your money immediately and then send a lightweight envelope/postcard instead of your actual order to create a fake delivery confirmation. Do not buy from them! They use Affirm to trap you in loans and their customer service completely ignores you.Stay away from them!!

I have never received the merchandise ! They even promised me some gardening stuff as a competition for the delay . Nothing had ever arrived . No refund no proper communication . It must be a scam , I keep sending messages saying the merchandise has not arrived !

Got a card saying one or two weeks delay in delivery. That was over a month ago. I emailed twice and have had no reply .Rawsoil is definitely a scam.

I ordered electric sheers and received a greeting cad like card stating that its a personal message from the supplier,s mamager signed.
And said that rather then emailing he sent this card to thank me for the order and the product is coming late as its shortage at the moment’s
. To date i have not received my product. I emailed few times to them and ask for refund but not got a reply.
Its a scam and should be investigated.

Looks like we all been scammed. 7 weeks and no product. Nice post card though. Sent many emails to Rawsoilco and Shop. Neither could care less. Bye bye £40.00

Same experience as everyone else - no replies to emails but did receive a card saying shipment was delayed 1-2 weeks. However still nothing received. This trader should be prosecuted!

Never received my pruning shears they took my money same as everyone a fancy card saying their delayed will be delivered between 14/21st of September. No response to ant of my chase up's, beware of this company they are scam and need to be stopped.

I ordered a sofa from this company. Sadly, through Facebook, all I have ever gotten was\n It's sitting in some place, New York. I think, but it's been sitting there for a very long time. I ordered the sofa in September. The 1st of the month, I can get no response from anybody with this company. I'm gonna have to go to the bank and stop It is a scam.Don't order anything from this company rawsoil

If there was a minus number or zero I would use it.
Order states that it has been delivered in England. I don't live in England, have messaged several times and no response.
Scam don't bother unless you want to do your money like I have.

I ordered off this site and I got the same thing that everyone has gotten with the card saying update about your order. I didn't want to order off the site and I usually don't. I thought I checked the site but got fooled like everyone else. Scam all the way. Pissed

The same as everyone else,ordered a vacuum cleaner for $200 and received a card,sent 3 emails and no reply now can’t even contact them.

Paid for a twin pack battery operated weed eater package and only got 2 discount cards to spend more money on their fake items. This company is a scam and I warn you NOT to purchase anything from them.
