All the support from Katie and Donna has been second to none nothing has been too much trouble seems I was let down by my previous broker. Was recommended and its best decision I've made. Considering it's all confusing when remortgaging the process has been surprisingly easy

This is the best real Mortgage company . Julia is so supportive, listened to clients, helpful, knowledgeable, approachable, loving, caring , and gives the best money advise . She was with me from day I started application until when I received keys. There were moments I almost gave up but she was there for me and encouraged me all the time. She is like a voice of the voiceless and a pillar one can lean on. She is extremely helpful anf have not found not even anything to fault. Very professional and gives you peace of mind. I would recommend her to everyone . She does not discriminate and has taught me a lot about money. If human clowning was allowed I could have asked for many copies of Julia. Keiran recently advised me on my remortgage and debt consolidation. He couldn't have been more helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions that I had. Everything was explained clearly to me. We met on a Friday afternoon to go through my requirements and agree a plan of action. By Monday morning he'd submitted an application on my behalf, and by Tuesday it had been approved by the bank! The whole process ran really smoothly and was completely painless.
