When you are buying a house, you need good people on your side, and a good quality, reputable mortgage advisor, is exactly where you should start. Katie and Donna will provide you with an excellent service and will be there to guide you through each stage, clearly explaining things and making the whole process accessible and understandable. You'll pay a whole bunch of cash out to loads of various people when you buy a house, but the few hundred quid you spend on a good mortgage broker, such as Reach4 will be worth every penny you pay. Like I say, you could do it yourself, but why in the hell would you want? The smart cookies get a broker and Reach4 have been nothing short of amazing.

Hayley was superb from start to finish sorting our new mortgage application out. We were involved in a long chain and she went the extra mile to liaise with estate agents and solicitors to make sure the completion went through on time as it was at risk of falling through at the last minute through no fault of her own. She kept us up to date throughout the stressful process and was instrumental in assuring everything happened as it should. She also managed to renegotiate a better mortgage deal for us as the chain meant there was a lengthy delay in the process, and Hayley saved us £100 a month by sorting a better deal out after the rates had dropped.
