Friendly, competent, professional staff.
We sold our family home and decided to travel for 5 months before relocating to our new home in northern NSW. Ready Movers packed up all of our belongings in to two containers and stored it onsite for the full five months while we were away. It was just delivered yesterday and everything was in exactly the same condition that it was packed away in. The staff on both ends were very quick, courteous and took great care with our belongings. The admin staff were very easy to deal with as well. Highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to engage their services again.

Really helpful and hard working packers
Good communication
The two packers were very polite, efficient and listened to instructions regarding packing, they worked really hard and were extremely considerate regarding different needs during packing.
This is very different to the my last experience with Ready Movers who lost boxes and paperwork was completed in a very poor fashion.

Decent but could be better
Company was quite disorganised and I got several calls from several employees asking for my payment or saying they were my point of contact but then a different person would call and ask for my payment which I'd already paid. Movers were careful and nothing got damaged but could have more sense of urgency. Decent overall but not sure if I'd use again.

Antwoord van Ready Movers
Hi Mali,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the communication around your move and payment felt disorganised and that you had to deal with multiple calls from different team members.
We’re reviewing this internally, particularly how payment information is shared between our teams, so we can avoid customers receiving repeated or conflicting follow-ups.
We’re pleased to hear the movers took good care of your belongings and that nothing was damaged, but we also appreciate your feedback around urgency and overall coordination.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve.

The guys couldn't be any more helpful…
The guys couldn't be any more helpful or polite and nothing was too much trouble.
What would be helpful though is it could have been so much better if at least one was fluent in English.
One thing that was absolutely a nuisance was the damn stickers that was stuck onto every single item because it took them about over an hour to adhere them and even longer for us to remove them. Even now there are still some ripped pieces left on items because they are so hard to peel off.

Could not fault this team. They were very responsive to our changing needs when we found out that our new place wasn't going to be available and were prepared to dig through the load for anything we might have needed.
