I like that the water last me a long…

I like that the water last me a long time, because it’s only me using it. But I’m get charged way too much for the water and the dispenser. I can’t afford it anymore. I have called the company to come pick up the dispenser and empty water jugs and no one came.

Sam's Plus…

I signed up through my Sam's Plus membership. Love the convince of delivery service, but I am not satisfied with payment. I had been over billed several times, & was informed by customer service that the next two delivery would be adjusted. They was not, so I only authorized my card for the amount I was informed I had to pay. Larger amount was attempted. I was charged a late charge which I ended up paying due to representative informed me they would adjust which it was then the next day I pulled up my account the amount was reversed back with another late charge. I am going to cancel membership.

If there was a zero star it would be…

If there was a zero star it would be deserved. We loved ( past tense) our water for both home and work. Then the merger happened and deliveries were not happening. We ran out several times. Customer support would promise us things that never happened. It was an absolute nightmare and the wurst part was no one cared. A customer service manager told me my accounts mean nothing my loyalty means nothing all I am in a small fish in a wield of sharks and there’s no other options so live with it and stop whining.
So I moved on. No one should ever speak to anyone like that. I did file a formal complaint and guess management agreed in that statement as never heard back.

I guess I couldn’t give it lesser than…

I guess I couldn’t give it lesser than 1. I used ReadyRefresh 2 years ago in Texas and never had a problem. Now I’m in Raleigh and minding my own business at Costco water aisle when I buy the PRIMO WATER from their agent. The delivery is just postponed two consecutive Thursdays without any notice. My first delivery. This is dirty dirty policy whatever it is. Never again.

Charged for cups that were never…

Charged for cups that were never ordered or delivered. This happened many times.
Promised refunds and free bottles that never materialize.
Customer service is horrible, they seem to have a mandate to not escalate.
They make it difficult to cancel.
Acquisition by Primo Brands didn't improve it, actually I think it made it even worse.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, and the driver is wonderfully kind. I’m disabled, and he always leaves my bottles right outside the door so I can get them inside easily. The old driver used to leave them downstairs by the garage. This new driver is an absolute lifesaver.

Why charge a delivery fee if you are…

Why charge a delivery fee if you are going to botch up the delivery every single time?

1) Delivery is NEVER on time.
2) The delivery drivers either don't read the delivery instructions or don't understand them, or they simply choose to ignore them.
3) Delivery drivers formally report that items as being delivered when in reality they are not

I have called and complained about the above issues MULTIPLE times. The representatives simply "take a message" which then probably goes to die in some unknown graveyard. EVERY DELIVERY is a problem, and I have to call and follow up MULTIPLE times for ONE delivery to happen.

Why is it so difficult for them to fix this problem when multiple customers are complaining about the same issue? Why do I need to stress and call and follow up multiple times to get every single delivery in spite of specific delivery instructions being in place and paying top dollar for the product?

If you cannot guarantee timely delivery or professional delivery personnel who can read, comprehend and follow directions, then stop charging delivery fees on every order!!!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I attempted to cancel a delivery and it was canceled for 3 months. Then it reactivates and my bank declined the transaction because it looked suspicious. And because that was declined I was still charged and forced to pay because they listed my $89 to a debt collector and I didn't receive anything to get changed for this. I got no water, no soda water nothing but they claimed I was in debt. And the call center is a joke. I spent days trying to contact the debt collectors and all I got was an endless loop of failed calls sending me to one extension after another. I'm a disabled combat veteran on fixed income and because I was needing to rent an apartment I had to pay this so my credit wouldn't take a hit. This company is lawless and manipulated me into paying for something I never received service for. And... In fact I called the company and closed my account down after they tried running my card again. Then I get hit with a debt collector. Crazy I know.

Scam company

Scam company. Skipped deliveries but still charged my account and added late fees for not paying it. Didn't offer to give me my money back or remove charges just said they would give me a free jug on my next delivery. That one jug doesn't cover the $50 they charged me for nothing. They even create fake invoices saying what they gave me. Liars, con artists, and thieves. DO NOT TO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Consistently Bad Service

Since I started 2 years ago company has quadrupled the cooler rental cost with no notice, added new deliveries that I did not authorize and just randomly delivered an order with one hours notice while I was on vacation. Also beware of the fine print of the fees of about $75 to cancel service to return the cooler.

Hygeine Issues; Zero attn to detail; reoccurring issues; repetitive mistakes

I wrote a detailed review seems it didnt get uploaded. Okay, (1) major hygiene issues with bottom loading dispensers - I experienced a fungal type smell in the water - wasted three 5 gallon water bottles aince it happened 3X (once back2back and one after change reqd from other issue 🙈🙄🤕🤕🤕) Ugh I noticed the fingal taste 🤮🤮🤮 .. drabk it Zero attn to detail I had to get (2) Zero Attn 2 Detail: They changed SIX DISPENSERS..their team is all chopped up the left hand cant communicate (or wont or who know ) with the right not once did thwy think ok she has gone theough ebough lets make sure all okay - but then the tenprature was off - no cold water or no hot wate - just buy your own disoenser and get the waylter from the store. This was terrible
