Probably the worst company I have ever encountered. I am over-charged routinely, then hours on the phone getting it sorted, then the wrong amount of water (usually more, for which I am over-charged) or the water doesn't come timely, or at all. I am writing this review in the hopes that this week they will take the extra bottle off my CC without me having to spend hours on the phone sorting it.

This company is horrible! I can’t believe Costco has vetted this company and refuse to help with ongoing issues. I was at Costco and Primo water was there the sales person was a complete LIAR! 6$ to rent th equipment, 1/2 off 5 gal bottled water. Just download the app he said and you’ll be able to manage your entire account. Free set up and delivery cancel anytime! Sounds like a dream. The past 3 months have been nothing short of a money sucking scheme! The delivery of equipment and water was dropped off at my door - no set up no warning from the company. They updated thier app to a new one and you CANT log in! My first bill was $78.18 for delivery, set up (that never happened), the wrong color equipment promised in the store (black versus white), and all items left on my doorstep. After hours on the phone with the company I was offered a $30 credit for my troubles. I cancelled all future deliveries because of the amount of water they delivered. They continued to deliver despite cancelling or skipping deliveries. I had finally had it with the $16 delivery fee which is more expensive than the water itself and the constant issues with the company. The last straw was I scheduled a pick up of all equipment on Tuesday 4/21 called and confirmed with customer service last week. Today they showed up - I called customer service again and they said they don’t service my area on Tuesdays so they came today unannounced. Why was I provided an appt for Tuesday by their customer service then - the response from the representative was “maybe when the system migrated it changed the date”. Whatever that means. Regardless I am out almost $160 for 2.5 months of service. It’s more cost effective to go to Home Depot or Walmart and purchase your own dispenser and have your water filled for $.49/gal at the local grocery store than deal with this company. The FREE service they claim costs $16 anytime they come out to your residence. I’ve never been so disgusted with a company in my life. Stay away and buyers be aware! They lie lie lie!

Loved the water service but not being taken advantage of. Skipped a month several times because we didn’t need water. Would get charged for it and call customer service on the issue. Was told I’m paying for the previous month so next month no charge for water service. The following month received my water and charged. Was told it was for the current month which is not what they said. I showed screenshots proof of what I was told previously with no explanation. They charged you every month even if you don’t have a water delivery. We had skip several times over the year before I started to pay attention to charges. Also noticed prices changed every month for the same order on top of charges for not even having water delivered. Garbage!

Customer for over 25 years until they sent me different water than what I have been getting for years and ordered. The new water Zephyrhills tastes horrible and after the fact I was told they "discontinued" the spring water I have been buying for years. There are higher charges and fees also. All without notice! Was wondering why I couldn't get ahold of my regular delivery man also. This merger with Blue Titon is a disaster and there are two class action suits as a result. One is consumer and the other is securities related. Customer service has disconnected me about a dozen times in the last week and they refuse to satisfy a long time customer. SHAME!
