Hey,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and feedback with us. We’re glad to hear your initial redemption went smoothly and fast, but we hear your frustration regarding your recent session.

We want to assure you that withdrawal history has zero impact on game outcomes. All games on ReBet run on Random Number Generators (RNGs) to guarantee that every single spin is entirely random and unbiased. Streaks—whether good or bad—are a natural part of number generation. We completely understand how a dry spell after a redemption can feel discouraging and we genuinely appreciate your honesty, as it helps us continue to improve the experience.

If you ever have questions or want us to double-check anything with your account, please don’t hesitate to reach out at support@rebet.app or via in-app support!

Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating an unexpected account suspension is, especially as a longtime player.
Please be assured that accounts are never disabled for winning. However, accounts are automatically placed on hold when activity flagged under our Terms of Use occurs—such as payment disputes, verification requirements, or other policy violations.

When this occurs, our team sends detailed instructions via email explaining the necessary steps and documentation needed so we can review your account for reinstatement. Please check your inbox (including your spam folder) or reply directly to our latest email at support@rebet.app with your information so our team can assist you directly.

Hey,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re enjoying the app overall, but we are truly sorry for the hiccup with your referral bonus. To ensure our system automatically issues the bonus, the referral code must be present and entered correctly during your friend's sign-up process. If that step was missed or didn't trigger automatically, our team is more than happy to help you manually!

Please reach out to our customer support team directly with a screenshot showing you sharing your referral code with your friend, along with both of your account usernames. Once we have that info, we’ll gladly review the details and make sure everything is properly accounted for. Thanks for spreading the word about our app!

Hey,

What a legendary win! Huge congrats! 🏆 We completely understand why people can be skeptical about online gaming platforms nowadays, which is why we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Stories like yours mean the world to us because we work hard every single day to build a platform that is 100% fair, transparent, and trustworthy.

With so much noise and skepticism in the industry, delivering fast verifications and fast prize redemptions is our highest priority to prove that we're a platform built on trust and reliability. Winning should be fun, and getting paid should be easy—plain and simple. Thanks for being part of the ReBet family, and enjoy those winnings!

Hello,

We appreciate your feedback. It’s completely understandable to feel frustrated when a slot session doesn't go your way. It might not change how a frustrating streak feels, but we want to reassure you that our slots use the standard, factory-set RTP directly from the game providers. We respect your perspective, appreciate the nod on our sports book and quick prize redemptions. Wishing you the best of luck wherever you decide to spin next!

Hey,

We know it sounds cliché for a casino to say "it's all completely random," but we genuinely care about being transparent. Every table uses independently certified Random Number Generators that we don't control or manipulate. That said, we completely respect your perspective and appreciate you sharing your honest experience. If you ever want us to pull the hand logs from that session just so you can see the deal history, our support team is always here to help. We wish you the best of luck wherever you decide to play next!

Hey, we hear you—sitting through a run of blackjack where the dealer keeps pulling incredible hands is incredibly painful. When a streak like that happens, it’s completely natural to feel like the game is stacked against you, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. We take great pride in providing a world-class, premium gaming experience that our community can trust. To guarantee absolute integrity, both Rebet and our elite, globally recognized game partners utilize certified digital shuffling systems.

Just like at a physical casino table, statistical anomalies and tough dealer streaks do happen, but the odds are always true to the game. We appreciate you testing our virtual tables risk-free using ReBet Coins, and we really hope the deck treats you to some much better hands next time around!

Hello,

We completely understand how frustrating it is to experience a delay regarding your account, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. Our primary goal at Rebet is to maintain a fair, secure, and compliant gaming environment for all our players. When unusually large or rapid balances occur, our security team is required to conduct a thorough review alongside our software providers before any funds can be cleared. During this mandatory review, our technical team identified a system-wide software malfunction within our virtual craps game that impacted how payouts were being calculated. Per our Terms of Service, any balances generated as a result of a technical glitch or software error cannot be honored. Now that the software provider has successfully resolved the glitch and verified the data, we have corrected your balance to your legitimate cash earnings. Furthermore, your account has been fully reinstated so you can access and withdraw these valid funds immediately.

We sincerely apologize for the time it took to complete this investigation and for the lapse in communication while our teams worked through the technical data. We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this accurately.

Hey,

Thanks for posting about your experience. I want to assure you that we do not suspend accounts for being profitable. As long as an account is in compliance with our Terms of Use, it will remain active and in good standing. Suspensions only occur when a specific violation of our terms is detected. For a closer look at what factors can lead to an account being flagged and how the resolution process works, you can check out our support article here: https://rebet-support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/46495772651547-Understanding-and-Resolving-Account-Suspensions

If you have specific questions about your account status or need an update on your case, please follow up with our team at support@rebet.app so we can look into it for you.

Hey,

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I'd love to clarify how our daily credits work to help clear up any confusion! To keep ReBet a true no purchase necessary social gaming experience, we offer a complimentary daily dollar so you can keep the game going without needing to spend anything. It can be claimed whenever your account balance sits at $0. Unlike platforms that automatically add credits at midnight, ReBet requires an active claim. It’s available once every 24 hours and you'd just need to tap the "Claim" button in the app. Unfortunately, if you miss a day, the credits don't accumulate or roll over but you can claim your fresh dollar the next time you log in.

We don't lock accounts to stop players from getting their daily bonuses or to push for purchases. If your account is hitting a roadblock, it's usually due to an automated security or compliance flag. We’d be more than happy to investigate exactly what's happening with your specific account and help get things cleared up. Please drop us a line at support@rebet.app so we can take a closer look for you!

Hey,

I completely get why you're upset—nothing is more frustrating than feeling like your winnings are out of reach, and I hate that you feel like we're lying to you.
I promise you we aren't. Rebet processes thousands of successful payouts every single day. We genuinely love seeing our players win, and we have absolutely no reason to hold onto your money—getting you your payouts fast is how we keep people playing with us. We really want to prove ourselves to you and get this sorted out. Please shoot us an email at support@rebet.app with your username so we can personally track down your transfer and find out exactly what’s holding it up.
