I have won A Future bet and have been trying to Login into my account for so long and still have not been able to get access after a week wait I place a 50 dollar bet months ago for spurs to win the conference and still can’t access!!

I thought I'd already left a review I'm very confused but the 2.9 rating that I saw I think there's just a bunch of whiny babies on here I'm a member of just about every sweeps casino and social casino online and this one is awesome they are absolutely willing to help when you reach out to customer service matter of fact just a moment ago I received the incorrect referral bonus and within 4 minutes had everything corrected in the proper funds in my account and let's not forget that the redemptions are instant that's something that a lot of other casinos don't have especially when you pair that with the 20 or $25 minimum redemption I forget which one it is but that's just because I hit so big all the time. The app is very busy and convoluted. They are doing too much mixing sports and casino. I tried giving it a few tries but don't waste your time. There are way better apps that give you a better app experience and return on money for sports betting. I had deposited money already once and then tried one more time since they were offering a promo to match at 50%. I saw that the match was never given and right before depositing, the app was showing the promo or I would have never deposited otherwise. Well, I reached out to customer service and they said I missed the deadline? I was like shocked and said I would have never deposited if it wasn't for the match. So if you are going to waste your time on this app, make sure to screenshot before making any deposits. I'll be deleting this app and not recommending it to anyone else.

Its a decent app but they stopped the game pass now its just another almost average sportsbook. No safety net or no sweat bets and you cant live bet player props. If they bring the game pass back the app would be above average. Completing challenges made the app fun and interesting. You should really consider put that game pass back.

I have cashed out hundreds with rebet and never not once have had any problem whatsoever. the sports book is easy to follow and maneuver and doesn't have predatory odds. I love it and it truly is the standard by which to be compared.

As of right now, I just signed up to ReBet and I'm pretty happy with my experience. Got an extra $50 bonus from my first deposit to use on the casino side of the site. Happy that they have craps as well. I was able to win a little and cash out. The money was in my bank account within 30 minutes. My favorite part of this site so far and instant redemptions for me are a gamechanger.

Update: One of the dumbest things I've ever seen at a site... limit to 1 redemption a day. Holy garbage... Would definitely not recommend this site. Charge fees for purchases and redemptions... There are way better sites out there for sure.

The support is terrible, they don’t respond and it’s not even working right now in the app. I accidentally placed a bet for 100 SC and I message support to undo it and they did not respond and of course I lost the money. The app also logs you out every day and you have to log in again every single time which is insanely annoying.

Hands down this is one of my favorite casinos . They have great games, instant payouts and I love playing on this platform. That is until there is an issue. Their customer service is a joke. You email them and they email you back on the 4th of Neveraury. I have been locked out of my account for a simple issue I don't have the same phone number as when I signed up since the 6th . They messaged me back on the 7th to explain to me that I would have to go through a short verification process which makes since . What doesn't make sense is at 3 o'clock that they explain that to me then say when you are ready let us know . Meaning they probably send me a link right? So why didn't they just put the link in that email . And if it had a time limit then maybe i let them know something. So I immediately say I'm ready at 3:01 pm. It is now 1:00 am still no word back . So it took them a whole day to tell me what I would have to do. Im sure I won't hear from them until 3 pm tomorrow hopefully they give everything I need in the 1st email cause I'm almost positive that their only shift works from 3pm to 4pm and they take a 30 minute lunch and 1- 15 minute smoke break and I would honestly be surprised if they had 2 employees . Pretty sure it's just 1 fella with a laptop with windows vista and a pack of Pall Mall's , full flavored. I told them if they ask nicely I would make them an AI chatbot so they can at least seem like they are concerned with the issues of the costomers. Screw those dirt bags !!!!

WARNING SCAM!!! This is absolutely the worse app do not trust or use. They are not honest, they will steal from you. I won on there casino blackjack and after trying to take some of the profits out they took all of my winnings a total of 10,472 and said that the game was incorrect I proceeded to play on the same game and lost 595 which they also took and did not give back since the game was (incorrect) according to them. No one will try to fix it they are prepared to scam you at all levels. Please don’t put yourself thru this horrible situation. STAY AWAY

Avoid this site at all costs. Banned me when I went to redeem 220 bucks. For no reason and wouldn't give me a reason. I play on social casinos all the time, and I know all the rules, not having multiple accounts etc. I broke no rules, and I'm not saying that to defend myself, I'm saying that cause it's true. They just didn't wanna pay a small $200 cashout

Rebet offers promotion purchases w/ free picks, and never automatically apply the pick. Have to reach out to support to manually add the free pick. They won't credit my free pick because they claim it was provided (it was not); I showed them screenshots to demonstrate they were confusing it with a previous purchase. They responded and accused me of trying to pass off the screenshot dishonestly as the one I was asking for the free pick on; ignore that they didn't issue the more recent purchase

I’m here today to give those of you who don’t have the app Rebet a little insight into their sports and casino app. Now when I do reviews I am extremely focused on (2) things. 1. The App itself, and 2. Customer Service. Now I am always honest and straight forward about my reviews and there’s nothing that can of could change my honest opinions on any App or products I do reviews on. Now I’d like to start off by saying Rebet has a lot of Potential. They have 24-7 national and international sports betting and challenges you can do to earn extra money. What I like about the sports betting is how you can cash out and place bets during the so called games. But what I’ve come to realize is that it’s exposure on how honest they are with the odds of betting are very difficult to win on. When you think your putting in a bet that could be a potential high pay out winner, majority of the time you will be knocked off the net, or it will say cannot place bet due to possible cross tracking systems. That needs to go, because they make it so impossible for people to win, and bluntly. Times aren’t right on the games and you can’t watch the games your betting on live. You are able to watch international games no one wants to play like pingpong, or young adult basketball. But what they offer you to be able to see is an AI generated game that’s already surpassed the outcome, so they give you odds of a losing team more then you would find any odds of a winning team. Also the customer service I have to say is a joke, whoever is their customer service and has been for the last yr. Today being MARCH 31st 2026, has done a terrible job at connecting the right way with their customers. There have been enough times that I can count on both hands where they promise you Free Bonus cash for referring others to join, and then you never get it. And when you write them explaining the situation they are almost like they simply don’t care about what you have to say, and the time you’ve put into getting others to join can be exhausting and to find out it was all for nothing on not only your behalf but the person who signs up behalf as well. They make it so you feel like you got a for sure win on your hand and then you get the outcome message where you know just from the message weather or not you won or lost. When you won, they will send you a message saying, “You did it so & so checks your ticket. But the message that comes in when you know you lost, says Your ticket has settled which is always later then sooner, I’ve also had to try to correct them about games I’ve won but they put down that I’ve lost, an then having to write them trying to get your hard earned money back is even a bigger hassle because your dealing majority of the time with someone who simply doesn’t care, and won’t remedy the situation even when you show them proof. And after going back and fourth with them for an hour they send you a email saying, How did we do? And you think to yourself are they serious right now? Do they want 1 star reviews because that’s what they’ll get after being denied your winnings and even after showing the proof. Also when you don’t get the bonuses that you’ve earned for referrals is an absolute insult. Salt in the wound. Now I must say I like the casino side of Rebet because you have the option to playing so many games and also live betting with others. But sometimes even the live bets feel so rigged you’ll stop playing them for a while. If you like giving your money away with the hopes of them actually giving you the correct and accurate timing of the games and scores, Rebet is where to go! I give Rebet 2.5 out of 5 stars because I feel there is potential and that they can get new honest customer support an play games at real timing not offering odds that are impossible to hit. But most of all I’m not going to recommend it to anyone at the same time until they get their act together with customer service and having and showing compassion for their customers. So unless you want to take high risks gambling then sign on up, but that’s not my honest recommendation especially being that I wasn’t paid for atleast 6 referrals that were over $100-$150 bonuses I’ve still not gotten for the referrals I’ve done. That’s why I stopped referring people to rebet, your better off at Onyx. Hope this was useful for people thinking about signing up and also to their customer support team, that loves to take your money and run. Its shameful to because they would have so much more referrals if they followed through with their incentive reward bonuses. Hopefully that’ll change.

They advertise promo where you get a free pick when you make a purchase. I did everything correctly but didn't get the free pick. I even screen recorded it. So I contact their support and show them what happen but they do absolutely nothing to fix it. They don't honor their own promos. Watch out
