I am not a frequent visitor but I was aware that ownership of the company had changed a little while ago and I did know what to expect.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that everything had been upgraded and the staff where extremely busy and industrious. However they were still attentive, friendly and courteous. I found Lydia who I dealt with in the weighbridge office and her colleague to be particularly so and a pleasure to deal with. Happy to recommend Reclamet as a well run people company.

Didn’t realise Reclamet did bodywork - bought a couple of cars from them in the past and had excellent customer service so when I needed some work done I was happy to return. Over the moon with the results, Rob Croud and the team do exactly as they say they will. Highly recommend.

Terrific service! I had to scrap my dear old diesel.(ULEZ). They answered the phone immediately, unlike another scrap company I tried. A decent price was offered, and an early pick-up date was arranged, Very nice guy did the pick-up. Payment for the car and issue of the destruction certificate was made the same day as collection. I was expecting to have to wait for several days. Thoroughly recommend.

I have never scrapped a car before so I didn't really know what to expect when I first made contact with Reclamet.
What I did already know was that the company is approved by DVLA and from the very first contact the staff at the company, but particularly Sian and Liz, demonstrated just how
professional they are and perhaps why they’ve managed to achieve that status. They were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they didn't make me feel like was asking awkward or basic questions. They gave me the space to satisfy myself that I was handling the official paperwork in the correct manner and kept in contact throughout. They kept their word on the vehicle’s valuation and did what they said they would do right up until the vehicle was collected, the disposal paperwork was generated and the monies were paid into my account (within hours). I am happy to give this company 5 stars and would happily recommend them. Finally, Sian and Liz proved themselves to be excellent ambassadors for their company.

Excellent service! from the first phone call through to the collection of my vehicle and finally the payment into my bank. no issues!

Good service and helpful staff. Collected on time by a friendly chap, sorted paperwork and left with car. Payment made by end of collection day. Only downside was I had to wait a week for collection date!

Ladies I spoke to where really nice. I was sorry that my poor car I'd had for 7 years finally died. I was sorry to see it go. Was offered a nice amount for the car to be taken

From initial contact by phone to the car being collected and money being deposited into my account the service I received was fast and efficient.

Found the whole experience straight forward and easy from the first contact to recieving payment. The advisor was very pleasant and helpful, the collection vehicle arrived on time the driver was polite and friendly and removed the car without any hassle. Payment was in my bank within days. Overall would use again if I have the need.

I was unsure when I made the cal if I would get a fair price offered having previously had some very low offers. Rosie was amazing she was personable and put my mind at rest whilst talking me through the process. I was paid a better price than any of the other companies offered me by far and throughout, everything I was told would happen, did, and in the time frame advised.

I found the whole process with Reclamet a very easy one. My initial contact was by email, in which I received a prompt reply from Sian.

It only took a hand full of emails to exchange ,confirm details, agree fees and a collection date. All communications were answered quickly, in patient, polite and professional manner.

Nothing seemed to much trouble and any questions I had were answered.

My car was picked up, loaded fairly quickly and the chap collecting it, was friendly and polite.

There are a few things which I thought could be improved. Like given at least an hour to get to my vehicle, especially when it was at a garage.

Although I signed for collection, I wasn't asked to show any identification and it would of been nice to have received a collection ticket or advice from the driver.

Payment for my car was also receive the same day, which was great.

It made sense to use a local firm, with my experience being a positive one and I would not hesitate to use them again. Well hopefully not for at least another 8 years, as that's how long my car lasted.
