From the first phone call, which was handled efficiently and courteously to the final payment the whole process was smooth and efficient. The driver was on-time and the car was on the back of the truck before I knew it. Background checks done and he was off - no fuss or bother. Payment received by 5pm as promised. Cant fault them, gutted on Monday to find out my car failed MOT and should be scrap. Couldnt find my log book. Contacted a few of these companies as I used another one for my dads car. Reclamet came back to me straightaway and the email contact I had with the office was quick and easy next day they picked in up and 24hrs later the money was in my account. really impressed with everything thanks

Everything about the process was easy and simple. The website is clean, easy to navigate and has simple questions.
The call came ~5mins after submitting on the website, the lady I spoke to was well spoken, polite, warm and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had.

The driver called approximately 30 minutes before arrival and was very friendly and professional and had the car on the lorry quickly.
