While your order wasn’t placed directly with us but through Robert Dyas, we completely understand your frustration with the delayed delivery. The table was despatched in line with our internal agreement with Robert Dyas, but it appears their delivery messaging hadn’t been updated online to reflect the additional delay caused by the long Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
We appreciate how disappointing this must have been and will be addressing the issue internally with Robert Dyas to help ensure future delivery timeframes are clearly communicated - especially around bank holidays when lead times will be extended.
