Genuine lifetime guarantee
I purchased 2 benches 2 years ago, and one of the seat supports snapped.
I called them up and within two days they had sent me a full replacement of A frames just incase the others broke.
Top class service. I will definitely be buying more from them in the future.

A great product....just what I needed
A great product....just what I need in a garden exposed to salt air and high winds. Delivery was goood with a helpful driver. Assembly was relatively easy - it is heavy and requires two people to lift. Very satisified - it'll see me out!

Quality Picnic Tables
The wooden picnic tables I have bought in the past don’t last even when treated, painted etc.These recycled tables have zero maintenance and judging by the weight are a quality table.NBB’s claim they don’t fade together with their 25 guarantee make them good value for money in my opinion.

The product is excellent
The product is excellent and as described and the service from NBB was first class with prompt delivery. The only down side being the carrier used DX who’s tracking system is way behind other carriers in that they could only give a day of delivery with no breakdown of a time slot on the day of delivery.

Product was good.Black commercial benches. Slight damage during delivery as the driver had to unpack the pallet to get the product off the tail lift.
