Very efficient & friendly service.

Absolutely phenomenal service! They were with us in less than ten minutes and Eddie was amazing! Highly recommend!!

Arrived within a reasonable timeframe. Rang and communicated with the office I had my children with me. On arrival they ensured my children were safe before recovering my van quickly and efficiently. Driver was friendly and helped at the other end. Would highly recommend and use again made a stressful situation as easy as possible.

Recovery vehicle technician Joel arrived in just a short time after I reported the problem with my car. He quickly got it running again and was friendly, polite and professional throughout. Thank you, your prompt response was much appreciated.

Loaded and offloaded efficiently pleasent driver excellent

Got to be the best recovery agents in the Midlands. Immediate response on my breakdown app, call within minutes, truck on the way before I put the phone down. Excellent service didn't end there, the nicest driver turns up and has my car loaded up within ten minutes (was the worst place you can imagine to break down). Was back home within the hour. Massive thank you to Red House.

Excellent service arrived within the hour and met the eta. Service engineer, Andy was very friendly and efficient.

From the time of reporting the breakdown to recovery arriving was only 35 min.
The driver Ed was brilliant, he gave me a good idea of the issue and got me home safely. As a woman on my own, he made me feel comfortable and safe. I can't fault this company at all!

Ed was given the job at 3:57 and arrived at 4:30. After I had been messed around by RAC telling me my 1pm break down would be resolved at 11:40pm

Ed managed to get me home by 5:45 and was the most charming and cheerful gent I had ever met despite moving my broken down vehicle in the cold and rain

Would really recommend them they were with us really quickly the guy was really friendly and beat the time quoted by the road cover company.
They said 90 minutes to 2 hours he was with us in about 15 minutes.

I broke down on the M1 with 6 customers in my minibus on the way to London I rang red house and these guys were brilliant the lady on the phone was really helpful and sent driver to pick up me and my son and the minibus and they was there within the hour and the driver got us home with the vehicle safely these are a professional company and did the job brilliantly 10/10 for these guys thank you .(the customers also got to there destination by another taxi company)

Craig was brilliant, he made me feel comfortable and safe before sorting my car, we drove for an hour in a lovely warm cab with easy conversation. I was rescued within half an hour from the M1 at rush hour, all round great experience at an unpleasant time.

I received great service today I unfortunately broke down the roadside assistant couldn't get my vehicle working but ensured it was returned safely to my home. He gave me advice on who to contact regarding the issue and he was really friendly and professional

Quick and professional service

I can’t thank this service enough. We broke down on middle of M1 motorway and had to pull the car over to a safe point ..called for recovery and they were with us within 20 mins as we were in a dangerous spot. Service was incredible and we home with in the hour.

My insurance company arranged breakdown recovery with Redhouse Recovery. The app link I received via text message from Redhouse was prompt and easy to use. I could track the arrival of the recovery vehicle very easily. They arrived in less than an hour. Polite staff, safe and speedy recovery and a spotless warm cab to take me home in. Thankyou.

Incredible service. Stranded in a dangerous spot with kids after hitting a massive pothole. Quoted 2+ hours by breakdown cover, but Red House arrived in 10 minutes! They prioritized our safety by sending 2 vans to get all 6 of us home. Friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. Absolute lifesavers.
