Quick service, very polite and very skilled.

Really quick which was surprising for time of day, friendly and felt assured , i am a lady in her 60's and was alone but felt comfortable and the good thing was every thing was explained ,what was wrong , and how sorted .

You was booked through the RAC as my car had broken down the RAC was saying between 3 to 6 hours wait. Once they past it to your self's you was in contact straight away and with me within 15mins of the phone call.

Friendly earlier than expected got us going and diagnosed the problem.

Broke down today and called my breakdown service who sent Red House out to rescue me and transport me and my car to my chosen garage. I was kept well informed and the driver arrived promptly and was fantastic. Really polite and professional, I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Red house were very efficient, turned up within 20 minutes and had me home within one hour.
The driver was really friendly and did everything he could to help me.

Andy was great. Timely, fixed the car and gave me good advice on getting a new battery - a bespoke type as a Toyota Yaris. Anyway Andy was great.

Ive had to use the redhouse recovery services wonderfull persons both creg and ed are first class very polite and never give up what a challange to get my a class on to the recovery truck its auto and was stuck in drive but ed did manage to get it in to netral in order to take it to the garage as to find out as to what is wrong with it as it will not start at all i know that they can be trusted and hopfully be back on the rd as soon as poss
