The company were great from start to finish. Friendly from first call and checked in until recovery arrived. Recovery driver arrived quickly, was helpful and good with all passengers. Cost was fair and got us home in good time in a stressful situation.

Super quick recovery and very polite. The gentleman was able to fix an electrical issue in no time and had me back and running in minutes. Very friendly and even offered to carry a broken part I couldn't carry myself to my nearby destination. Would recommend them in a heartbeat :)

Absolutely fantastic! Andy arrived this morning to recover my vehicle within 20 minutes of reporting it broken down so it could be transported to a local garage. My vehicle was parked on a difficult driveway making it exceptionally difficult to get it on to the recovery truck. Andy managed to do this all on his own, it was incredible to watch, a work of art! Andy was polite, pleasant, patient and professional throughout, a credit to Red House Service Station. Amazing! I broke down at 4.30pm and recovery was with me by 5.10pm. The man who came out was so helpful and suggested the issues which were wrong with my car. He made a very difficult situation less stressful and worry free. The call centre were also in contact throughout! So grateful for the help!

I broke down as I was leaving a camping meet in the Derbyshire countryside. Thankfully I have breakdown cover. After speaking with my insurer I contacted Redhouse breakdown service to check on their availability and they were able to assist within an hour or so depending on traffic. I was concerned they wouldn’t find me and there was intermittent signal issues but Redhouse had it covered. A text returned to them confirmed my exact location and I was even able to track the driver. The confident professional who arrived instantly put me at ease and explained what will happen. It is worrying to breakdown when you’re alone but the service I received was quick, efficient and I felt safe. Red House Service Station you’re top class.

Got me back on the road quickly. I had a flat battery, after a quick call to call assist they arrived quickly and got me back on the road within 30 minutes and diagnosed a fault on the car at the same time.
