The garage came very promptly, the two mechanics sorted the problem very quickly. They were very friendly and professional. My car was sorted in a few minutes. Great service, thank you so much.

Well, auxiliary battery failed on my hybrid Toyota (3 years old) so called AutoAid ( on app) who dispatched Redhouse to me - 3/4 hour wait which was great compared to RAC and AA. Andy, the technician, checked the battery after jump starting it - only 2% life left in it so offered a replacement £70 incl fitting which I thought was reasonable. Paid by card and an invoice was sent to my email .
Couldn’t have asked for better service and a very knowledgeable technician to get me going again
Well done AutoAid too as they phoned me twice to see if technician was on site and again when I got home to see if I was happy with the service

Contacted my breakdown provider at 17.02 on a Friday evening. Ed arrived on site at 17.43. Before the hour was out Ed had the car loaded and us on our way to our chosen garage. Thank you Ed. Excellent service from a friendly, chatty chap.

Dave was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained the recovery steps clearly.
I can’t fault him at all.

Arrived within about 15 minutes of our call. Lovely bloke who checked everything, sorted out out and reset fault codes.

I couldn't believe how fast the whole experience was. I had taken out the policy for piece of mind and it came when I needed it the most. Literally less than an hour and my car was on the back of the transporter (after he was unable to fix road side) and we were at our local mechanic. The service was great and felt confident with the transport as Shaun had to do a tricky reverse on to the garage yard.

By far exceeded my expectations. Phone staff were outstanding and by a long way exceeded the last 4 local recovery firms I tried who sounded like plant pots on the phone. Came in 20 mins and repaired at roadside when I though it would be a trip to the dealer.

This is the first time i have used the breakdown service. What great service i received. I called at 10am and was rescued off the chesterfield dual carriageway 30 mins later.
Me and my car were safetly taken home by a lovely rescue man...i didnt ask him name sorry about this.. quite upset about the whole episode as was on my way to do a car boot with my friend who was in her car ahead of me.
Car back into the garage monday to see what the problem is...
But thanks again for rescueing me and getting me home.
