The admin kicked me out of a live webminar today when I questioned about the viability of their off plan apartment investment in Birmingham! Their action says it all! They do not like tough questions from experienced property investors. Just sell sell sell to uneducated "investors" and get paid by developer!

Update: Thank you for your explanation but there is still no need to kick me out of the webminar if you are comfortable with my questions!

After recently attending an online webinar with Gordie at Redmayne Smith, followed up with a zoom call with Lauren, I decided to invest in my first off plan property.
I have since also had opportunity to speak with Oliver of Prosperity wealth, the developers.
A further zoom call with both Lauren and Curtis, who were more than happy to give me their time, to go through some questions I had going forward, was a tremendous help

I’ve invested in 2 properties through Redmayne Smith in the last 4 months. One in Liverpool and one in Taunton. During the last 6 months I’ve viewed over 30 properties in my local area and the numbers just haven’t stacked up like they have done with Redmaynesmith investments. Saw a webinar from Redmayne, clicked on a link, completed a form and the next day Gordie called me. I was interested in acquiring a property from one of the developments he was looking after promoting, but I needed him to help get my wife on side.
A series of zoom calls (6 in total) followed one after the other as we all chatted until about 12.30am! Gordie was great throughout, and we did the deal with him.
Gordie's a great guy, funny and charming, and very knowledgeable on property and the products he is promoting. Oliver from Prosperity Wealth (the developer) was also good and courteous and explained the process and payment milestones in detail.
All in all, a great experience, and I now consider Gordie to be a friend! Furthermore, I would therefore thoroughly recommend Redmayne Smith and hope to do more business with Gordie in the future.
