Redonate Reviews

Ștefan very kind and always on time

This was a brilliant service - prompt and organised. I would definitely recommend it to anyone living in central London.

No word of a lie, thought this might be a scam, but it was so easy! Booked a slot, and van came to collect a bag of clothes! Good job done

Used Redonate for the first time to collect several bags of clothes/shoes/books/teddies. The whole process was very well organised. It was so easy to book a collection slot. They arrived on time as planned. Excellent service. Excellent communication. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience using Redonate. I booked a collection for four bags of clothes and the whole process was incredibly easy from start to finish. The online booking was simple, the instructions were clear, and collection day went smoothly with no hassle at all.

It’s such a convenient way to donate items you no longer need, especially when you don’t have time to take them somewhere yourself. I also love knowing the clothes will go on to help good causes rather than ending up in landfill.

A brilliant free service — I’ll definitely be using Redonate again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy way to donate clothes.

The Company is very good. They let you know what time they will be arriving and are always prompt. There is no mishaps, everything is picked up quietly and in an orderly fashion. I have no complaints whatsoever.

On time with nice manners. Feel great that towels and linens go to somewhere useful. thank you

Redonate were efficient, kept me updated on the time of arrival, when he got here he helped me to carry an item out of my house as it was quite heavy. I will use them again if needed.

Every time I donate bags of clothes they are always great, such a good way to donate items that you don't want to throw away. And go to a fab cause!

This is a great service which we have used before. All went as planned. Will use again.

It was so easy to use Redonate - this is such an excellent service. I booked a slot online, they turned up during the timeslot provided (in advance) and took my bag of clothes that I'd been meaning to take to the charity shop for months but hadn't had the time. I highly recommend using Redonate!
