Overall the service is good but if occasionally they are unable to get into the site they dont follow up, they just send a summary as if they had attended. As a result the service remains undone

Always a great service from Initial. The gentleman who visits our office is absolutely brilliant – always friendly, professional and helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble. He’s reliable, does a great job every time and is always lovely to deal with. He’s a real credit to the company and definitely deserves some recognition for the service he provides. Would highly recommend!
